You have to fix your payment method! The drinks were good enough but took a long time to come - the setting is perfect- so why, when the bar is fairly quiet and there are 8 people working, why the hell does it take you 35 mins to settle a bill? I asked for it 3 times, then came inside - the waitress i had already asked was doing something else, and it still took forever to settle using a till from the 1800s! I have seen this review echoed by others and the excuse has been "in greece we have different systems" etc. This is not true, every other bar can settle a tab!

Squareup costs £40, I've used it before- it's really simple and would be an excellent addition!

Also why are your waitresses making drinks to order? Have a bartender that prepares the orders, have the waitresses running the drinks.

Please make these improvements, you will make more money...

We came here after doing the pleasant 2-hour flat walk from Lindos bay to Kleoboulos's tomb. Nice walk, and Nefeli's looked cheap and cheerful. My daughter loved her bacon and cheese baguette with a handful of chips (she wants to come back!) We had a swim and a late light lunch costing @ 44 Euros total plus 4E tip, as we'd been there for 3 hours. Service was the usual Greek speed but food was nice and prices middling. One Cocktail = 6E, a big beer, two cokes and one ouzo lemonade, and half a litre of retsina, nice fresh Greek salad @7Euros, a very nice 4 dips n' pita platter @ 4.90. We reckon that we liked it despite what other reviewers say, we'd be happy to go back, as it's bang on the beach. There are other restaurant/bars very near if you prefer shopping around, so...

We’ve been to Mariana’s restaurant several times, and every visit is even better than the last! The grilled fish and seafood are always fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The location is perfect too, right by the sea with a beautiful view. Marina herself is such a lovely and kind person ,she always comes around to check if everything is okay and makes you feel so welcome. She’s incredibly generous; every time we visit, she surprises us with something extra, and last time she even treated us to her amazing orange cake. The prices are also very reasonable compared to the high quality of the food excellent value for money. Thank you so much, Marina, for the wonderful food and hospitality.
