Extremely rude staff and awful service – never again!!!! We ended up at this café by chance while shopping nearby. My husband and younger daughter were waiting in a long queue at a store, so I decided to take our older girls to this café next door to rest and have an iced coffee while we waited. At some point, we needed to use the restroom. As we calmly walked in that direction, a few staff members suddenly shouted at us: “Hey! Where are you going?” We explained politely that we just wanted to use the toilet, and they told us we should have said “hello” first, and only then could we go. This was bizarre and completely unnecessary. Inside the restroom, there was no toilet paper. My daughter asked the staff for napkins, and they simply said they didn’t have any. I even offered to pay for some, and only then did they tell me I could take a few for free. But the worst part came as we were leaving. One of the staff members called me rude and literally said, “Yalla, yalla, go away from here.” I was shocked. I was with children, we had done nothing wrong, and yet we were insulted and practically kicked out. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I don’t care how good the coffee might be — if you’re treated like this just for walking in, it's not worth it. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the staff. Avoid this place...

You made absolutely no effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. From the very beginning, there was not the slightest sense of hospitality, especially towards visitors with young children. Instead of basic courtesy and understanding, we were met with rudeness and disrespect, which, unfortunately, continues to be reflected even in your subsequent comments. It’s important to emphasize: the issue was not the restroom, as you are trying to portray, but the way you treat people. Yelling at a mother in front of her children is absolutely unacceptable.
