Although all reviews come from personal experience and it doesn't mean that the same experience is shared from everyone, but I enjoy sharing my experiences in Google maps and I am not shy about it. As soon as we entered we asked about details regarding the coffees (type of milk mainly). Perhaps because of the language barrier the bartender rudely told us twice to read the menu... Soon enough there was no explanation of milk type on the menu for the described items so when we were ready we chose 2 items exactly as in the menu (one affogato one mocha affogato) not only the staff did not know what a mocha was, but when we then switched to 2 affogato the order was not as an affocato should look like. As the bad energy was around we kinda drank the order and went away... So many expectations from a real nice looking place. So little we enjoyed it. Perhaps as tourists we had to settle with that, perhaps the staff should learn what a mocha is... Or at least English... Well... Thesaloniki is an amazing place and we will return, why not, to give it another shot...

The Espresso Martini was already a disaster – weak, watery, and completely off balance – but the Victoria Lemonade was even worse. It was so overloaded with lemon juice that it was almost undrinkable, and it actually left us with stomach cramps. We only tried these two cocktails, and both were so bad that we didn’t even bother ordering more. There was barely any alcohol in them, and instead of proper cocktails, it felt like we were served overpriced glasses of sour juice. When we asked if something could be done, the staff didn’t apologize, didn’t offer a replacement, and clearly didn’t care at all. It’s unacceptable for a cocktail bar to serve drinks of such poor quality and then show zero interest in customer satisfaction. We left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling ripped off. This place is a complete waste of time and money – absolutely not...
Read moreI would like to report an incident that occurred today 10.04.2019 at this coffee-store! I had a Vodafone 1+1 code and I was not serviced because the employee claimed that the policy has changed and the code should be derived from my own phone and not to have it sent by another Vodafone user. However, this policy was not written on the paper which suggests the days that the offer with 1+1 coffee is still valid. This latter is also a new one to which I am recently informed. I am very disappointed with the Coffee Company because not only does it change the policy reguraly, but also it does not care for US, customers! Finally, there is NO communication among the stores (and I am specifically referring to the Mikel coffee in Tsimiski) which admits that this offer is valid on the weekends, and that is why I ended up going from one coffee shop to another! HIDEOUS...
