Order: Ordered the Halloumi Salad and Zucchini Dish with a Coke and 1.5L bottle of Water (Table Bread provided - 1 Euro)
Note: These items were ordered as starters and are NOT mains as we weren't very hungry and like to eat frequently with plenty of variety. The staff were friendly and couldn't fault them on this. View is on the opposing side (East) of the island and is very much in the distance.
Comments: the Cherry Tomato's didn't taste as subtle sweet as I've had on the rest of the island which I believe is due to Santorinis rich volcanic soil.. I suspect potentially imported produce? This is probably a cause? Reason I say this is that this island produces the best Tomato's I've ever eaten in my life and I'd consider myself very well travelled. What grows here... Flourishes.
The dishes were average and Id say would rank the lowest over the 10 restaurants we've tried. If your wanting to take a chance, sure, if your wanting something special for your trip I'd suggest trying somewhere else.
It was pretty darn average with a total cost of $29 Euro. I believe this may have been charged incorrectly as the items on the menu were more in the region of $20 Euro..
I really don't like giving this a 2 '*', however it was swayed from a 3 due to this charge for my...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I tried this place after randomly walking by on the street. I was drawn in by some special, that I didnât even end of getting haha.
The service here right off the bat was fantastic. I canât remember the gentlemanâs name, but he was a tall guy from Bulgaria. Very serving and kind.
As for the food there was so many authentic options which made it tough but ultimately I went with a special which was the Moussaka, a green salad and a glass of wine for âŹ15. You really canât beat it. The Moussaka was amazing. One of the best dishes on the trip and I couldnât have been happier with this.
Great prices, a good view if you come before suns down and great food. Easy choice...

We ordered a glass of iced Frappe (âŹ2.50) without sugar and it tasted like water. Even it was sugar free, it should have tasted like coffee, but it was bland.
Then we ordered fried tomato fritters (âŹ6 50). Super greasy and flavourless, as if you are eating deep-fried dough. They were too disgusting that we could not finish. We even vommitted afterwards.
The staff was very rude. We did not feel welcome here. We complained about how bad the fritters were. The staff was not happy about our complaint so he took revenge and gave me so many coins worthy of âŹ1 as change.
We would NEVER visit this restaurant. The visit ruined our trip...
