View was good but service was horrible, every time we were asking our server to explain us about the menu seems like he was in a rush and he would tell us something quick and leave and wouldn’t answer everything we asked him. When we got to the restaurant I told them we were celebrating my daughter’s 10th birthday and told them we don’t want any free cake or anything just bring us the dessert menu and we choose something just put a candle on it. None of them happened. we finished our food, waiting for 30-40min, no one ever bother to come and clean up our table or ask us if we want dessert menu, I had to ask them twice and told them she is just the kid and doesn’t have that much patience but no one cared, finally I got up and went back to the receptionist and asked for our bill at this point we didn’t want anything, they pretty much ruined the whole thing, my daughter was so disappointed and my husband and I were so upset. It was not a cheap restaurant and when you spend good amount of money you expect so much better. At the end their manager came and said they are so busy and bought us a horrible cake that nobody could eat it, anyway if you guys are busy then you better get more servers to provide better service. NOT WORTH IT!!!! Seriously, I have eaten all over the world and this is one of the worst experiences we have ever had. I ordered sea bass with black risotto for €25 and my partner ordered the salmon €29. It was literally a plate of black rice and maybe 20g of sea bass I got and she literally got just a piece of salmon. All of it was cooked below average. Neither of the options we chose were our first choice as they literally did not have half the menu available. The service is the next thing that needs to be mentioned, waiters were inattentive, pushy and really not interested in providing a good dining experience. I see what they are trying to achieve (a fine dining experience) however its more like a horror experience. Our bill totalled nearly €100 and we left feeling like it would have been better to just throw the money away. I actually went to Macdonalds after to get a burger and was more satisfied with that than anything in the restaurant. I really want to stress that I'm not a fussy person and rarely ever complain about anything and my partner even less so, she'll pretty much eat anything but I had to let people know that this place is pretentious, below average and you'd be much happier getting a take away. It's sad because we had high hopes when we chose it. There a much better places in Santorini and this was really our only big let down. I would avoid it...
