Louyo Greek Frozen Yogurt — Restaurant in Municipality of Thira

My boyfriend and I tried this frozen yogurt a couple of days ago. It was good, but it didn't have anything special compared to other frozen yogurt we have eaten. And even if it had been special, I think no ice cream is worth 15€ (my frozen yogurt) and 13€ (my boyfriend’s). We have spent 27€ euros in total for two ice creams, we truly felt robbed!!! Just saying that 30€ is what we have spent each for a dinner in one of the best fish restaurants in Santorini. It's true, you warn customers of the fact that you can put how much ice cream and toppings you want and you will pay 2,90€ per 100g of product, but how do you expect us to know exactly how much product we are putting in our cups? We believe you should allow people to weigh their cups in the process of filling them up, so that they don't end up finding out the price when they are at the cash register only and have no other choice than paying and afterwards they don’t even get to enjoy their ice cream because they are too shocked by the price (personal experience😅). Never coming here again, unless you lower you prices and stop...

The definition of a tourist trap.

If I could time travel, I would completely avoid this place.

The price was extortionate, about €3.50 per 100 grams. With FroYo weighing like a brick, be prepared to pay more than expected.

While the natural and mango flavours were palatable, it wasn’t anything to rave about nor life changing.

The cherry on top was when we tried to pay in cash. The cashier took our money and did not give us change back.

When we called them out on this, they denied it and assumed that we did not recognise the local currency and tried to take advantage of this.

It was only when we asked to look at their CCTV footage did they give the change back.

Avoid this dishonest place, unless you want one of the most expensive FroYo experiences… don’t forget the disrespect of a business trying to pick your...

So so expensive, looking at other reviews it seems the price has gone up in the past years as it is now 2.9€ per 100 grams.

29€ per kg !!! This is the price you pay for premium meat !! And here you are paying for milk sugar heavy cream…

The shop attendant (one male and one female) are extremely nice but the products are too expensive!!

And before the shop-owner answers saying this is from a premium product, the price is well above even what “premium” milk and sugar would cost !. Now this price problem is’t unique to this spot but you can find around 20€/kg prices around the town

Again, I mean it in a nice way to the owner, the product is good and the choice is really good and the place is really clean…but please review your prices…it’s not an accident is everyone is...
