McDonald's Σαντορίνη — Restaurant in Municipality of Thira

Unhygienic, crowded and dirty place. The employees are rude and make fun of customers. Even a one star review is too much for this place. You should choose to stay hungry instead of making the same mistake as us and eating from here. If Chris Kempczinski visited this place, he wouldn't believe that McDonals had such a branch and would resign from his job.

My wife ordered McChicken, but they put another menu in front of us. A menu in Greek with a picture of a famous person. We said we wanted McChicken, but they kept saying it was McChicken too. On the huge signs hanging behind them, McChicken was different, this menu was different. The price they got from us was also higher than the McChicken price. They claimed that this was just due to the size difference.

We wanted to speak to someone in authority. A young boy came and instead of apologizing he communicated rudely. We argued and they were so rude I actually would have called the police if we weren't on vacation. In the end we had to accept it saying damn it. Imagine a McDonalds branch where you order McChicken but don't get McChicken, this is it!

While we were eating our food, he noticed that the employees were also very rude to other people. When I finally went to the toilet, the sight I encountered was beyond disgusting....

When I looked at other comments, I saw that I was not alone. I will report this abomination...

Recently visited the McDonald's in Santorini and left feeling extremely disappointed and disgusted. One major issue that stood out was the fact that smoking was allowed on the same premises shared with kids and infants. As a concerned customer, I found this to be unacceptable and concerning for the health and well-being of children.

Smoking in close proximity to children and infants can have harmful effects on their health, and it's important for establishments to create a safe and healthy environment for all patrons. Allowing smoking on the premises sends a negative message and fails to prioritize the well-being of families and individuals who visit the restaurant.

While I understand that smoking regulations may vary in different countries, it's disappointing that McDonald's in Santorini doesn't have a designated smoking area or policies in place to protect non-smoking customers, especially families with young children.

I hope that McDonald's will take this feedback into consideration and implement changes to ensure a healthier and more pleasant experience for all customers, regardless of their smoking preferences. Until such changes are made, I cannot recommend this particular McDonald's location to families or individuals who prioritize a smoke-free environment for themselves and...

We wanted to try the McDonald’s on Santorini to see how it would compare to McDonald’s in America. What a disappointment!! The food took about 20 minutes to receive and it did not even taste fresh. The buns were hard and crusty as if they have been sitting out for days. The french fries did not taste fresh either. We all know nobody likes cold McDonald’s french fries. I ordered the single big and tasty meal, unfortunately I was not a fan of it all. Also, the soda tasted like it was flat. I also have to mention that when we went the place was extremely busy and I did over here plenty of other people complaining while waiting for our meal. Overall, I was very disappointed.
