This place has recently been remodeled with an amazing atmosphere and even better food. During our whole week long stay we ate at a new place for every meal and this was the only place we came back too for a second time. The fisherman’s spaghetti, is a 10/10 and if seafood is your thing this is your place. They have whole grilled sardines that will change your view on them. The simplicity and amazing flavor they manage to get out of a simple grilled octopus drizzled with olive oil and vinegar is unmatched anywhere on the island. Not only do you have to visit this place once in your trip to Santorini but I’d recommend making it your first or last meal because you’re not going to get any better. Even when at times they were busy we never waited for a drink appetizers within 15 minutes and mains within 30 minutes. They have lovely music playing in the background but you can easily carry on a conversation without needing to...
Read moreAMAZING EXPERIENCE! First time travellers to Santorini from Canada. Staying near this restaurant and walked by. Host was super friendly which encouraged us to come in. Once seated we were welcomed by multiple servers and staff all very friendly with great banter.
We ordered the Taziki, calamari, house bread, Greek salad, stuffed mushrooms and chicken souvlaki for our table. The food was amazing, but above all the service was better! The service was the best we have had in all of Europe and we have been travelling for a month!
Near the end of our meal they offered us a glass of traditional Greek wine and frozen Greek yogurt with honey and nuts, on the house! Truthfully one of the best experiences and meals I have ever had. Wonderful food and even better people! Cannot recommend this place enough.
If you are travelling to Kamari, please come to Santorini Restaurant!

Read moreVery disappointed. Came back to my hotel hungry after paying over 30 euros for my “lunch” (cost for 1 person). Bread was 6 euros for 2 people. Glass of wine 6. Main dish was a sea bass filet for 23.50. Filets we’re good but super thin and the “purée” that came with it was cold, watery… worst than hospital food. Not enough food (and I really don’t eat that much) Service was terrible as well. Super slow. No one came to our table to ask how things were and if we wanted anything else. We had to chase waiters. When I asked for the check they suggested a tip as “service is not included” (not all restaurants in Santorini push for the tip like that). I then justified that I wouldn’t tip because I didn’t like the service nor my food. The manager apologized and said it was a busy Easter Sunday. Well… my suggestion then, don’t come, at least if it’s busy. There are plenty of other good...
