Prestige — Restaurant in Parga Municipality

I had a rather unfortunate experience here. I was very excited to see their extensive lunch menu, with many vegetarian options. Unfortunately, the food quality was really terrible. Not to mention, the service was really unfriendly and unprofessional. But Im giving his place two stars, because the management was receptive to my feedback, which is a great sign! I truly hope they reach their potential.

The waitress was grumpy and honestly looked like she had roles out of bed and was still in her PJs. This started off our experience poorly.

I ordered the avocado pancakes, and was quite excited. Fortunately, they were willing to remove the mayonnaise and cheese and add pesto for me instead. This was great!

Unfortunately, the pancakes were a little burnt and incredibly dry, the dish came with one sad slice of tomato and the 4 avocado pieces that were absolutely rockhard and inedible. I honestly think they should take that item off the menu when the avocados aren’t ripe or in season.

When I brought up the issue of the avocado with management, at first they seem defensive that sometimes avocados aren’t ripe. But once I pointed out that they should just not serve it and that I would’ve been happy to order something else, his demeanor changed and he was really receptive. They brought us a small yogurt parfai to apologize for the issues. This is great management.

Here you sit in the middle of the city center with the best view. Nice interior, good vibe and background music. We had food and drinks here with the family and the food was impeccable, can really recommend all of the top 5 cocktail in the meny. The food was amazing, you will not be disapointed :)

We came back several times during our holiday. The service was absolutely great and this place was one of our favorite places during our stay in beautiful Parga. An extra compliment and thank you to Ermina, George, Spyros and Stavros who were so nice, cheerful and welcoming. Coming back next summer. Can highly recommend this place if you...

Zaobiđite ovo mesto ukoliko ste u Pargi, ima mnogo boljih opcija.

Za početak dobićete 3 karte pića, ali ni u jednoj nema običnih pića poput vode i sokova, pa samim tim ne znate ni cene dok ne dođe račun. Ako se naslonite na klupu na kojoj sedite, pazite da ljudima iza vas ne legnete u njihovu hranu, jer mesta i komfora fali. Piće je stiglo odmah, a za hranu smo se itekako načekali, ali kada je stigla, možda ipak i nije trebala doći. Poručili smo pastu sa piletinom i chicken burger, veličina i jednog i drugog bi bila smešna da nije žalosna. Verovatno najmanji burger koji ćete ikad videti, dok što se tiče paste, ako je bilo i 5 zalogaja u njoj, bez ikakvog preuveličavanja. Pribor ćete dobiti samo ako tražite i to kada se konobarica seti i stigne, dodatnih 5 minuta čekanja da krenemo sa jelom, koje je trajalo manje od tih 5 minuta, s obzirom da je hrana izgledala kao nečiji ostatci. Burger pecivo je bilo suvo i bajato, a meso gotovo crno, jer je ulje u fritezi ko zna kad promenjeno, krompir koji se dobije uz burger je takođe bio taman i natopljen istim tim uljem. Kada sam zatražio račun od konobarice, uredno me je pitala keš ili kartica, i ušla unutra, nakon toga je izašla, šetala okolo, usluživala druge, prolazeći 9 puta pored nas i svaki put nas je gledala ali se nekim čudom nije setila da treba da nam donese račun :) Nakon toga sam zamolio drugog čoveka koji radi kao host, da nam neko donese račun i onda nam je ona prva konobarica prišla nakon nekoliko minuta, pokazala na delić sekunde nekakve brojeve i samo je rekla koliko treba da se plati, kada sam joj dao keš, otišla je unutra na još par minuta po kusur, a fiskalni račun smo dobili tek na naš lični zahtev i to joj se nije baš svidelo, račun je bio bez i jedne imenovane stavke, već samo cene ispisane.
