Teppanyaki — Restaurant in Guatemala City

The place is cozy, clean and neat, a perfect place to have a quiet dinner.

Sashimi and sushi were really good, but not out of this world. Teppanyaki on the other hand was delicious and having your food cooked in front of you makes it even better.

But, the only problem I had was that waiters were not attentive. The waiting for the check, and for they to charge us was really long, also I asked for gohan to have it with my teppanyaki and I almost finished it before I got it. Plus, I finished my starter and had to wait a lot to get my dinner (people who got there after me was already having dinner).

I want to think that it was just this time they showed...

Comida Japonesa , muy deliciosa. Parque: limitado y cuando está lleno lo mandan a la par. Pero si ofrecen. Ambiente del lugar: reducido , los espacios entre las mesas son muy estrechas en la parte baja. Las mesas tienen la plancha para cocinar, es decir los "vemos cocinar". Lo único es que se siente el calor de la plancha y se impregna mucho del olor de la comida en la ropa. Servicio: muy pero muy atentos, desde la atención para buscar mesa, hasta el servicio del chef mientras cocina. Todos muy amables. COMIDA: muy sabrosa, el arroz frito, de los mejores que he probado, dan un toque de sabor diferente y lo mejor es que están recién cocinado frente a uno , por lo que se pueden ver los ingredientes frescos. El tereyaki muy sabroso, al igual que el Sushi empanizado. La experiencia es ver al chef haciendo los platillos en la mesa y pudiendo dedicir que ingrediente agregar o no. Por cierto, el picante , sí es picante, el chef pregunta si lo prepara o no. PRECIO: por la experiencia de preparar la comida en la mesa, no es nada barato, pero por la experiencia y el buen gusto de la comida si vale la pena si quieren una buena velada o celebración especial. BAÑOS: el de hombres pequeño. Espacios reducidos.

En general, se come bie y se disfruta la experiencia de la preparación...
