First the self-service machine malfunctioned after taking my order, then one of the attendants was running around with a receipt he recovered from the machine with not my order, from person to person, asking them what to do. Finally a waitress with the order for my table number saw the plaque in my hand and came over. The order packed the coffee I ordered, which I told her several times after sitting down. Took another 15-20 min. and getting someone's attention to finally get the coffee. Why did I worry? The coffee is not good, but then when was a McD coffee ever good? Just came in out of curiosity.
