天天见面 365Ramen — Restaurant in Budapest

A small Chinese restaurant near Kalvin ter serving good Chinese food. The Hungarian/English menu offers noodle dishes, rice plate, soup noodles, dumplings and some "classical" Chinese dishes like home style fried tofu, sweet sour chicken and several dishes based on offal. But there is also a Chinese language menu that has several other traditional dishes like mapo tofu, scrambled eggs with tomato, braised pork ribs, sizzling beef rice dumplings and more. Google Translate and your phone camera can decode the Chinese text.

The place had about two table that could seat four (six in a pinch) and a couple of two tops, plus a counter with perhaps a half dozen seats. Saturday afternoon is the least busy time, according to Google and we were the only ones eating at 14:00 (off season) until a party of six came in toward the end of our meal.

The woman taking orders and serving was super nice (and speaks English) and when I showed interest in the Chinese menu, she showed me photos of all the foods...

I dont get to eat Chinese food as much as I'd like to, and it's hard to find tasty restaurants when there are so many average places that rely on high traffic density. This nonchalant small restaurant may be a place you may walk by and not notice, but in the off chance you do try their food, you will be delighted as the food is superb and clean!

The owner is a very friendly lady who loves living in Hungary and is happy to serve great food. Please try this place! You won't be disappointed! I ordered 5 dishes and not a single one was bad . All...

Egy idényindító kerékpártúra háromnegyedénél tértünk be ide egy kis energiabomba ramen-re. Előre kinéztük, hogy ide bizony benézünk, mert: 1.; a negatív kritikák is abban erősítettek meg, hogy ez bizony egy autentikus hely 2.; és a pozitív is egyértelműen erre utalt.

Menü: 4 garnélás bao dim 1 zöldséges ramen 1 seréspacal (sertés gyomor) ramen

A garnélás bao dim finom, mondjuk a mellé adott balzsamecetes mártogatós nekem kicsit fura volt, nem rossz, de nem arra számítottam.

Zöldséges ramen: barátnőm kapacitásának köszönhetően meg tudtam kóstolni, és meglepett hogy mennyire eltért az enyémtől. Minden íz vibrált, egyszerre hozta a természetesen neutrális ízeket, és mellette mégis "kikente a pocakot" belül.

Sertéspacal (gyomor) ramen: itt volt némi félreértés, mert nem voltam benne biztos, hogy most ez a hasalja szalonna lesz, vagy tényleg a gyomor, de úgy voltam vele, hogy nekem aztán nem sok állati összetevő csapja ki a relét, szóval ha gyomor lesz se leszek csalódott. Az volt. Lepirítva, megfűszerezve, és minden földi jóval, amivel egy ramen-t fel lehet dobni. Ebben az összetételben lehetett volna egy picit "karakteresebb" a fűszerezése, valamint azt asztali siracha-n kívül valami férfiasan erős kiegészítőt tudtam volna szeretni. Ettől függetlenül eszméletlen jó levest ehettünk, amit köszönünk szépen!

Ha valamit hiányoltam a levesekből, az a shitake gomba, de ez az én bajom, mindenben keresem, mert nagyon szeretem :)

A hely kicsit, de ha van hely, menj be, ne hagyd ki. Tedd félre a "kirakat kínai" elvárásokat, itt eredeti, keleti-házias ízeket kapsz.

Kiszolgálás kedves, és gyors, a végén pedig ajándék szerencsesütit is kaptunk! Még biztos vissza...
