RenZe Restaurant — Restaurant in Budapest

RenZe is only open since February, 2024, but you can see that business is booming. Whenever we looked through the window (at diverse times of the day), many tables were occupied with guests.

I had the chance to talk with the owner and amongst other topics, he told me that believes his success partially comes from the fact that they cook authentic Chinese meals; and frankly, we ate there more than once, it was so delicious.

They were also open during Christmas days, which was a welcome surprise considering that we didn't always have family programs and were partially too lazy to cook after a busy road trip.

Renze is one of the places I will keep top of mind when I travel to (that part of) Budapest, since it was delicious and plentiful with a decent price. It really scratched the Chinese...

Was craving for some nice spicy Chinese food and came across this when searching for Sichuan places. This was one of the best meals we had during our visit to Budapest. We ordered Sichuan chicken, hot and sour soup, chicken noodles and spicy beef stir fry. Also got the lychee popping boba tea. The food satisfied all our spicy taste buds and portions were generous. Meat was tender, juicy and so flavorful. We couldn’t stop eating! It was a hot sunny day and it was pretty hot inside the restaurant. My son dragged to this Chniese restaurant saying that this was the real deal. I eat Chinese food very often back in Canada so I had my reservations. Wrong! I tried mainly the. vegetarian offers and.they were amazing. The textures were perfect... e.g. properly fried cabbage should be in between... and did not need the Lao Gan Ma sauce to make you be addicted.
