Update after the management's response: At least please check your own menu on your website if you sell Ceasar salad or not (you definately DO sell it) or just here among the uploaded photos before responding. I am certainly aware that orders should be placed at your counter, this is what I did. Your staff however serves the food to the tables. Discuss with them if they should do it differently and train them what is customer service about. Reading back, others had similar comment on your Ceasar salad and 'service culture' so you should listen to your guest feedbacks and not question them. Avoid this place if you want quality food, service and nice treatment. I ordered a Ceasar salad with salmon for HUF 3.990 and got a regular garden salad without any condiment, just mixed vegetables. When asked for a toast az least the server lady made a grimace (it should have been delivered with the Ceasar salad) and brought me one slice of a toasted bread, cut into 4 peaces. The glasses and ashtray from the previous guests were removed only when specifically asked for it. The waiters don't pay attention to their guests at all. Needless to say how ridiculous and disappointing our whole stay was at Cooltour Bar/Lövőház utca. Will...
Read moreThe service is fast (one stands in the queue and pays at the counter), but unfriendly even tough. 8 sort of teas are on the menu, but they are not available. At all. I asked why: there was no demand. But they are still on the menu. Finally I ordered a smoked eggplant spread. I was served in a tiny bowl for jam hardly enough for 3 toasts, but with 8 slices of (not enough) toasted white bread squared of lowest quality, 3 pieces of red Palermo paprika (5cm x 1cm x 1cm) and 3 round slices of cucumber. Two days earlier I ordered the same in another place, at the same price, in the very center of Pest side. It was not only better and the quantity 4 times more than this one but it was served with good quality warm pitas. In addition, the tables at Coolt.3. were sticky....
Read moreVery disappointing. I brought a friend and his daughter from Madrid for drinks and snacks and we were treated in the most unfriendly unprofessional way and it got worse when I order a Coca Cola zero and was served a Pepsi, the chubby guy bartender almost throw it at my face when I told him I don’t drink Pepsi when he took it back, then we ordered a couple of shots of tequila. We then ordered french fries and they came right and when we saw the other chubby lady bartender serving a table next to us table I tried to order another french fries bawl and without even looking at us she rudely told us “we must order from the counter”. Although our intention was to hang out drink and eat more we left the place...
