Wow, I used to really love this place — but a mandatory 27% service charge on a takeaway order is ridiculous. I tried to tip a fair 15% but the waiter rejected because it wasn’t high enough! He brought be a bill with a forced and fixed 27% tip added to it. Almost double the tip I wanted to pay. How is this okay? With no option to remove the service if they do a poor job either. No delivery, no service, no help of any kind for me. I’m taking the food away in a paper bag (which I also paid an extra 750HUF for) and they charge an extra 27% of “service” just to stand there. These guys suck for that, even if their food is good. They also messed the sizing and charged me for a large size burger when the actual food item is a small. I used to be a regular customer. One of the good waitress left unfortunately. The waiters are forcing you to tip minimum 10% in addition to the already included 12% service.
