📍Place: located inside the market hall on the right side of the entrance. The actual place where you can order is very small, but has many seats outside with cute tables. 🍛 Food: they are all set for takeaway, so all the items on the menu are served in (very stylish!!) paper boxes and utensils are wooden. I had the classic lasagne which was actually great however I prefer a little more intense flavour and more crispy on the sides. But it's only a personal preference, you can taste the food quality. As I was entering Rákóczi Market, I noticed a new place had opened! I went to check the menu out of curiosity, and the Melanzane alla Parmigiana immediately caught my attention, so I ordered one to take away.

When I opened the packaging, I was struck by the attention to detail: three slices of grilled bread, a neatly folded napkin, even a few cookies. These thoughtful touches really stood out.

Then came the food which was absolutely delicious!! And I’m sure I would have said the same even without the extra gestures.

I'm eager to try more dishes from the menu, especially the lasagna with provola and pecorino...😋

If you like artichoke, you should definitely try the artichoke, provola and pecorino lasagna. It’s amazing! Overall, this was probably my top lasagna experience not just in Budapest but overall! Compared to experiences in Italy this brings the traditional taste and quality. It was really “full of stuff” and the pasta itself is high quality too. I also like the packaging and that it’s not plastic, the outer part is recyclable. Plus points for having 3 vegetarian options! Will surely order...
