Terrible experience, I absolutely don’t recommend it… We had to wait more than one hour for our food. The order has to be done via a QR code at the table, where we also saw the order of the previous people, who sat there before us, which caused a bit of confusion first. After ordering, we waited just about 20-25 minutes for the drinks and then after 40 mins of waiting we asked the waitress about our order and indicated that we’ve been waiting for a long time. She told she’ll look after it, I was following her with my eyes, she was doing nothing. Nevertheless, she was looking at us as if we were her enemies or something… After 55 mins of waiting I called another waiter there, a guy, and I indicated him in an angrier tone that we’ve been waiting for almost an hour…. Then he went away, had some talk with the cooks (who seemed to be chilling) and told us there was some miscommunication in the system and they’re making our meals… What I just don’t get is that our drinks arrived so I don’t know what kind of miscommunication it was, as we ordered together with the food. Then the guy brought us 2 gratis champaigns which was at least kind. I ate a carbonara, from the outside it looked good but it was tasteless… As if they had not used any salt or pepper. Also I ordered it specifically because they highlighted in the menu that it doesn’t contain any cream (as it should), but I can tell, I was not feeling any egg yolks in the sauce, just cream… We also ordered dessert initially but after this experience we decided we just pay what we have consumed and go. We asked for the bill, very interesting, when it came to paying, there was no miscommunication in the system, even the desserts were there which we declined… 🙃🙃 We had to extra indicate it that we didn’t eat dessert so it needs to be substracted. The waitress was doing the billing, she just shrugged her shoulder and said: “Sorry for whatever that happened.” And on top of that, compared to this service, everything was very expensive and there was a 14% service fee but I don’t know for what exactly, as you have to order via QR code, so you don’t really have contact with the staff. Your staff obviously is overwhelmed, is dealing with many complaints and lots of frustrations which cause a stressful atmosphere for guests. The staff seems young and inexperienced, but there's nobody there to support, organize or give instructions. The open kitchen is nice, but makes arguments between the staff visible for all guests. The young waitress was so stressed and yelled at customers for no reason and took complaints very personal and unprofessionally. She also yelled at the cook who was very frustrated with the situation. The food was good, but cold when it arrived. Also it hadn't been served all at the same time, so that we couldn't eat together. The pasta was served with a fork and a knife - we asked for spoons which took quite some time so we went personally to get them. Read moreThe food was remarkable. I had a saffron and seafood risotto, and it was al dente, creamy, perfectly seasoned. I congratulate the chef. Sadly, the service was atrocious and ruined everything. The waiter (this happened today, around noon) was a young man who didn't speak much english. The problem was that his demeanor was very hostile and his tone unacceptable. I asked him whether my order came through (because you order through your phone, and sometimes these systems fail). He didn't understand what I was saying, and instead of finding help to solve the issue, he was raising his voice repeating "order there!" and making violent gestures pointing at the QR code as if he was talking to a dog. I asked him to please check, and he said no, that if I ordered, that is it. Finally someone else came, and it turned out that my order had not come through, so I would have waited and waited without anyone noticing or caring the slightest.
