Amma's Pastries — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Okay so lets keep taste and product aside, I will come straight to the customer service. Customer service there in Amma's pastry is pathetic. At first they will be pretty nice to you, but then when it comes to money, like as sometimes what happens money gets paid twice and if you return there to claim your money, they will start asking you to wait. They wouldn't be able to check it by themselves,but they will be asking you to share your payment screenshot, seriously?? Its like being a quite popular bakery in Bangalore you need screenshot to check the transaction? Can't you have a better software to check the payment history then and there by customer's id, phone number and time? Okay I assume you don't have. Then they will not be able to see the transaction's date time, where as its clearly mentioned in the screenshot the timing and date. Chalo you showed them no problem. Then the man (named Arun As I remember) who is taking care of it he will start faking the tantrum saying wait for five minutes more, and they will start discussing among each other by the regional language looking at you. When you ask them about the status the man will start saying it takes time, you have to wait. And the body language is as if you supposed to pay them, they are not the one who supposed to refund you. And the man who attends the customer I assume he is the pastry chef or Chef de parti or anything he will come saying please stand that side and you are screeming. Lol, it feels like saying dude who are you? You don't know how to treat your customer? Is this Amma's pastry's customer service? There is no empathy nothing, not even trying to listen to the customer, instead he was there try to scold the customer. AT LAST I WANT TO SAY, THIS MALLESWARAM BRUNCH IS WORST, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THE GUEST SERVICE, NEITHER THEY HAVE ANY COURTESY AND EMPATHY IN THEIR VOICE, IT FEELS SOME UNDER GROUND DONS AND ANTISOCIALS ARE HANDLING THE OPERATION OVER THERE. AMMA'S PASTRY HAVE SOME TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT IN YOUR ORG, SO THAT AT LEAST THEY LEARN HOW TO BEHAVE AND HOW TO BE A PROFESSIONAL. IF THIS CONTINUES LIKE YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE LOTS OF CUSTOMER. WORST EXPERIENCE, FELT LIKE GIVING 0. BUT SADLY THAT OPTION...

I'm extremely disappointed with the cake which I got from Amma's ( Malleshwaram 8th cross branch) pastries yesterday. I bought chocolate mars 1/2 kg cake and red velvet cup cakes from the bakery yesterday around 7:15 The cup cake was so dry and the 1/2 kg cake was not at all good, worst taste I have ever had. After going home I opened the box and I see water inside the box and cream was melting. I dint not expect such worst cake from ammas, this is not the first time I m having the worst experience , before also I had bad experience wen i had ordered cake for my birthday 3 yrs back after that I went to that bakery yesterday only and the only reason I went there was for the red velvet cup cake, but unfortunately it was the worst cake I have ever tasted in my life. Wen I went to the shop with the cake to show the manager (Mr. Naveen) he was arguing with me that this cake is like this only and it is baked today and not the old stock where as we can easily make out that it was old stock, but the manager was still arguing with me. This isn’t my first bad experience with ammas it’s the second time.

The customer service was so unprofessional, and my concerns were not adequately addressed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Amma's Bakery to others based on this experience. The occasion was ruined coz of the worst cake. I would even give 1 rating to this but unfortunately there is no option to...

Good place to buy variety of mouth-watering cakes and pastries. They can make custom orders as per our requirement. As per customer's requirement they can prepare eggless cakes also. They sell many types of birthday items so one can get all birthday shopping done here too. The shops are clean and well maintained. Overall service is very good. Rate wise it is quite reasonable compared to other branded cake shops of similar standard. Staffs here are very kind and generous. Moreover they have launched their mobile app version recently so it is very easy to order cakes...
