Store is not maintained properly once customers done and got up from the table the the table is not clean by the store the other customer when he comes even forms them to clean then on it is clean and till then the customer has to weight and stand there you can see it in the image clearly I was standing there for literally 15 minutes and no one came to clean that and when I inform the store after 10 minutes a girl came and she was cleaning like hell has a she is working free over there is no good assistance and there was a dog exactly in front of the entrance gate where customers can't even come inside and it was sitting over the store people are seeing that but they are not bother to send it out you can see the dog in the image where it was store was very untidy I'm coming up to food I ordered classic chicken for the first time the taste was good so I ordered it again second time entirely the taste was changed and coming upto the counter part it's the worst no wc they don't 3v3n respond properly even 8f there customer they do they own chit chatting has its in a gud location they should maintain it properly and taste...

We went late yesterday. We were in a hurry and thought burger king serves food fast. We placed our order on 9:01 and the order was delayed until 9:40. We went to ask them multiple times. They later served us incomplete order. It was so late, and most of us were ladies. So my cousin asked a staff about the order being delayed. The staff answered that your order is 1809, and I'm serving 1806 when our order was 1805. The guy had the audacity to speak his mind rudely to us after delaying our order for ages. He told us to get out if it's getting late. We all went to talk to the manager. Still, they delayed the order. One of the items was not given until the end. I went to cancel that one item, but they said, "Sorry for the delay, and here is a complimentary coke and a chicken burger." We left the shop at 10:10. 1 hour 10 mins???? We finished eating in 10 mins. WORST STAFF BEHAVIOR. Not all of them, but customer service is the worst. Busy hours and technical difficulties, I understand. But they should tell the customers that the order is gonna be late so that we'd get to choose better options when it's getting late. I AM...

Visited the store today; They served the worst burger experience I have ever had in my life; Apart from the below average taste, the staff here are very very disorganized and mix up items being served for different people; I had ordered crispy veg and they gave me chicken whopper to start with and once I noticed it after settling down on a table I had to walk back and give it to them and again wait for my veg burger; The person who took the order decided everything for herself instead of giving options, never asked what drink I want and put pepsi by default and when I asked for an orange drink as I do not like pepsi, she gave a rude answer saying it cannot be replaced now and should have been told before billig; Every other pizza/burger joint I have visited will change the drink on customer request immaterial of whether or not its already billed; While I was waiting for my order, she called me and double checked my copy of the bill and gave me chicken whopper instead of crispy veg burger; not really sure how insensible these...
