The cafe shows they are open till 11:30 but they seem to be winding up and in a hurry from 10:45 itself. I went there last night with a couple of friends and experienced a complete mismanagement and lack of communication while we were being clear from our end at every point:
We ordered soup through the waiter and had clearly asked him to get that and place the order first while we were deciding on the main course with the waiter. Even when water was being served I reconfirmed with another waiter (because our order taker was no where to be seen). We told him to please get the soups before the main course and he said yes that will be done. But to our surprise we get our main course first and after alot of confusion we later get to know they haven't even placed the soup order. Then once they realised and wanted to fix the issue, the soup we had ordered wasn't even available to make and serve. We had to order the only soup that was available with them.
Once the Kombucha had come we had clearly told them to not open the Kombucha and we would do it later. Because out of the three people the one who ordered the drink hasn't got their main course by then and they were implying to have it with that. The waiter immediately starts to open and pour the kombucha into the glass. We don't know what he heard or understood but that's another confusion which got rectified and we got a fresh one.
In my main course (sandwiches) I have clearly mentioned to not add zucchini, tomato and cucumber but instead add onions and olives. And my sandwich was supposed to have a pesto filling also in it as mentioned. Neither was any onion or olive seen, nor a drop or colour of pesto filling in it, but guess what was filled in it? - Zucchini. The ridiculed part was that in the bill, my customisation of the sandwich was also written so clearly. No idea what hurry the chefs were in to slap some random sandwich on my face.
We saw the rating of the place and wanted to give it a try but sadly I never thought I'd myself be writing a long sad...

Visited this café around 10:30 PM, well within their listed closing time of 11:30 PM, but unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired.
I started by ordering a broccoli soup, which never made it to the table. When I followed up, I was casually told it wasn't available and they could offer tomato basil soup instead. If a dish is unavailable, it shouldn’t be on the menu—or at the very least, the staff should inform customers proactively rather than waiting to be asked. It honestly felt like an afterthought.
Then came the main course. I asked for a seafood option and was told the waiter would check and confirm. He came back saying they had butter garlic prawns, which I happily ordered. But again, about 10 minutes later, he returned only to say they didn’t have that either. At this point, I was quite frustrated—basic communication and coordination seemed to be missing entirely.
To add to this, I had ordered a kombucha and specifically asked the waiter not to open it until my main course arrived. He acknowledged the request—and yet, seconds later, I saw him pouring it into a glass. That felt careless and frankly, disrespectful.
One last observation: chefs were seen leaving around 10:50 PM, which made me wonder if some of the issues—like the soup mix-up—were due to kitchen shutdowns starting well before closing. I even had the sneaking suspicion that the tomato basil soup was already made and they simply didn't want to waste it, hence the sudden unavailability of broccoli soup.
Overall, the service felt disorganized and dismissive. I understand end-of-day fatigue, but if the café is open till 11:30, then customers walking in before that deserve the full experience—not a rushed, half-hearted one.
I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but this felt necessary. Hope the management takes note—there’s potential here, but it’s being let down by...
Read moreI went to this cafe on a Friday evening for an event called "Night of Mafia," which my friend had previously attended and strongly encouraged me to join her for this time.First of all, it's located on one of the busiest roads in Koaramangala and on top of that, it was a Friday night, which made reaching the place feel like an eternity. Since I have a terrible habit of arriving early, this time I reached almost half an hour early, so thought of exploring their menu before the event. Initially it appeared to be I was the only customer in the cafe, later I got to know that there were few people in the first floor as well. The staff is super kind and welcoming, they switched on the fans and air conditioner to ensure my comfort. As usual, they had these QRs on each table for the menu, which I really don't like because my network’s very poor, and I like the physical menu where I can glance at most of the menu at once. I was attended by Mr.Rayeez and when I asked him about the menu as usual he pointed to the QR present on the table, after know about my poor network, I thought he would get me a physical menu,he got another phone to scan the menu I was attended by Mr.Rayeez and I asked him to suggest something from mocktails, he suggested something called some minti-delight. Long story short, I ended up having something with Apple. It did look pretty, did taste refreshing but had toooo many ice cubes, I felt the quantity was way less compared to the cost. As I finished my drink, the clock showed 7:28pm,so I went up to the first floor to attend the event. The cafe looks aesthetically beautiful with interesting wall arts. It’s spacious and got comfortable seating arrangements, but not yet all pocket friendly. All the items are...
