I placed an order online and made online payment as well, but after few minutes I receive a call from one of your stores, telling me that the area specified is out of coverage area and that I have to call another number and place a SECOND order, and payment for that will be COD. The lady on the phone tells me that the online payment will be transferred back in 7 working days. I ask her - Then how can your website accept my order? Her response - How is that my problem?
REALLY??? IS THIS HOW YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER A PAYING CUSTOMER'S QUESTION???
I repeatedly asked her her name and this lady is SO ARROGANT that she refuses to and hands over phone to another lady. The second lady then informs me the first lady's name is SOUMYA.
Who is this SOUMYA who thinks she is so important and her ego is UNMATCHED that she cannot give out her name nor has the common decency or manners to speak with a customer?

Got the SMS and confirmation email also. Called to check if they reviewed the order. They told us Sarjapur road outlet is busy. Made us good for 30 min and then told us technical fault exists and cannot reach Sarjapur road outlet. I asked what about the money I paid. Was told to find out details I would have to speak to the outlet. When I asked how do I reach he said sorry there is a technical fault. Looks like domino is employing uneducated illiterate donkeys at the call centre and at outlets who are morons who do not understand what to speak and how to speak.
