This outlet should be immediately closed, because I had the worst ever experience having a pizza all my life. I mean it's not just worst it's a more bad experience than worst in fact PATHETIC can be the BEST word to explain my experience.

I had taken my friends who came from far off place, ordered 1 veg, 1 nonveg pizza, garlic bread, 1 pepsi. They had a full house packet, people in line and obviously you think it's good so it's crowded but OMG.

We placed the order online, though we were in store as there was some offers going on great we got some discounts😅but after that the wait time was too much not because they were serving in house CUSTOMERS but they were mostly concentrating on online orders. I saw nearly 20 orders being taken by different delivery guys, then we again thought yaar pizza yaha pien MAST hoga.

Then it was almost 30 mins that we placed order, me and my friends were chit chatting in meanwhile we looked around.. there were dirty empty tables, the glass of the store was glossy, it was not even cleaned😂🤣I mean you guys make so much money with selling pizza you can atleast make an effort to keep the place clean and welcoming🤔I mean I hope I'm not expecting a too much. Because that's BASIC.

Anyway, then we go and check if order is ready after 35-40 mins...still it was not ready🤨😐😑🙄😏😥he said just few more minutes. We were like that's ok yaar Saturday hain many people would have placed order...let's wait a little longer no issues. Just let's wait for our YUMMY Pizzas which is on the way, in making, processing🤤🤤🤤

There goes more than 45-50 mins and still the pizza is not ready I'm like wahttttt ru kidding, then I went and asked him in LOCAL Language he was like madam there are many others who have placed order before you right😆I was like bro I know but my order was placed almost an hour before...then magically just after 5 mins after I checked the order was ready and asked to be collected at counter.

Well we open the pizza and take a bite it was so fresh and delicious 😁😂🤣that I'm never going BACK. It was not even hot bro, it seemed like our order was ready atleast sometime back but he missed giving us as they were concentrating more on ONLINE orders.

After having, since we had paid money and we were also hungry, my friends had to hurry back HOME. We dint have time to fight, argue or ask for replacement, money back, and go somewhere else to eat or something.. just middle class things🙄anyway we were unhappy still ate, finished.

However while leaving gave a feedback saying the pizza, garlic bread was not even hot. The person in counter dint even seem to care to listen, acknowledge or even apologize😛

I mean that was the BEST Worst CUSTOMER...

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order on 11th sep, 2022 at 9.15pm for an advanced delivery option of 11.15pm. The order was cancelled by Domino's before 15mins of promised time saying my area was not serviceable. I Placed an order 2hrs prior just to hear that the order can't be delivered in the last minute. My 1st question: if my area was not serviceable, then how come I was able to place the order. Then i raised a concern regarding it and asked about my refund. After that I got a call from Domino's Brookfield mall saying the same thing and informed me that i should get the refund within 48hours. I waited but didn't get any refund. Then i called again and asked about it, he told me sometimes it takes 72hrs so i belived him again since I didn't have any choice. Then finally i called them back on 17th sep, 2022...then they were telling me the order was not placed on their store, it was for a different store..My 2nd ques: then why did I get a call from your restaurant asking about the issue and you guys lied about the refund and the order serviceable part.. if the order was not placed in your outlet, and it was coming under the deliverable location, why did cancel at the last moment. After informing that he gave me another number which was not in service. Then finally i got one number and called them informing my issue again..they told the refund was initiated and it will take 10days to get credited. I asked them about the transaction number and the screenshot they shared, it was clearly mentioned that " not authorised for refund". That means they didn't even process the refund from their end and were lying from 7days. After that the lady, closed my ticket without giving proper response and told me to wait..and in case i won't get my refund, i hv to call them again..but the funny part is, after telling all those things they stopped picking the calls.
