Frozen Bottle - Milkshakes, Desserts, and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I visited this store(Aecs layout, near cafe siri) yesterday and, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience. The staff member who attended to us (I regret I don’t recall his name) was quite unmannered and dismissive. I also observed him getting visibly irritated with other customers simply for asking about different options or ongoing offers.

His behavior gave the impression that he was judging whether a customer was capable of purchasing before offering assistance, which was extremely disappointing.

Bad experience with the person who is serving. His name is jeshma Joy.I went to buy velvet dessert for my 2 year daughter, as the person in charge was busy in attending other customer my daughter asked for yogabar which was kept on open near counter. I took, opened and gave it my daughter. For that the person who is in charge started talking abusive even though I stood there for my turn to get the dessert. There were other boy's group who were witnessing all this and were shocked with this guy behaviour. When I asked him if he have family and understand kid's behaviour, he became some more aggressive. Guess he is frustrated with his boss or he don't know how to talk...

Located on the ground floor, at the outside walking area of Brookefield Mall is Frozen Bottles small store. No seating space is available. They're open till late night(1AM per their store details) , which is a great convenience for those people like us who have midnight cravings. We tried their ice cream - Cuckoo, and Belgian Chocolate. The Chickoo Ice Cream was really tasty and soft. Belgian Chocolate was bit hard but it was very tasty, and is perfect for dark chocolate lovers. They have a wide variety of sundaes, milkshakes and desserts too, but didn't try them out... Waiting...
