IDLY GURU — Restaurant in Bengaluru

For taste I have 5 stars but this I didn't get in vijaynagar

Hello good afternoon Respected sir /madam

I'm very big fan of idly guru I'm very regular to idly stalls, Few places I mostly visit Rajajinagar,Vijaynagar Basveshvarnagar stalls but from fast few days in Vijay nagar stall I didn't get what I usually expect from idly guru ,I'm very dispoitnted by the service and the taste of the fud ,I was served without butter on the idly and my order was delayed and the staffs were not at all sorry about that and I had to wait for idly 15 mints and the staff could have been much more polite towards thier coustomer . And also I was ingnored as the staff were using headphones / airpodes and I had to wait even to wash my hands .and the were busy in having great time within themselves ingonering the coustomer 's it's better if the staff changes their behaviour .

it's a good concept to offer breakfast at very reasonable rates. below are some suggestions :

1. Rotate types of chutney. Same chutney feels monotonous. Can give white coconut chutney one day, green n red one.
2. offer disposable bamboo/wood spoons.
3. Grooming standards of the people serving or preparing was not great, please ensure they are neat and well groomed with proper haircut, well trimed Or clean shaven , nails clipped with clean dressing. After covid, these things are very important though they may sound outrageous for a street cart. Choose locations in which people can stand n eat peacefully without disturbing other shops or establishnents in the vicinity. Like near a park. Etc. Some locations like the one in jayanagar 4th block is not great. 5.Mention timings on cart and also...

I may think Idly is cool, but chutney is not. Try to have different chutney styles, because there, chutney places important and attractive role while we eat idly, you have to change that chutney style, I don't know it's good for Banglore's one. I think this need to be change. And butter need to be serve quite little more on idly, or need to have ghee in chutney. And once again I am saying that you need to change your chutney style.. use some different style.. This project is for be different from others. Thanks, if you respond to my words. Other wise thanks is not mentioned to you guys..

And one more thing, I think you know about how idly will be served in village hotels. We get 3 idly with great chutney, and one more thing, when I there to eat idly chutney's time come to end.. took over...
