I am deeply disappointed by the experience I had at this restaurant. As a vegetarian, I was shocked and appalled to find out that they had served me non-vegetarian food.

I had specifically requested vegetarian options and made it clear to the server that I do not eat meat. Despite this, I was served a dish that contained animal products, which not only went against my dietary preferences but also made me feel sick and uncomfortable.

This kind of mistake is completely unacceptable, especially in a restaurant that advertises itself as catering to vegetarians. It shows a complete disregard for customer preferences and basic attention to detail. It is not just a matter of taste or preference, but a deeply held belief for many people, and this restaurant has shown a complete lack of respect for that. To make matters worse, my experience was made even more disappointing by the fact that we were the first customers of the day. Despite being the only diners in the restaurant at the time, the staff still managed to make a serious mistake with my order.

One would expect that a restaurant with no other customers to attend to would be able to provide a high level of attention and care to their customers, especially when it comes to special requests such as dietary restrictions. However, this was not the case at all. If they cannot get it right with their first customers of the day, I have no confidence that they would be able to do any better during peak hours. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer preferences is simply unacceptable and has left me with a very negative impression of this restaurant.

Overall, my experience at this restaurant was a complete disappointment, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The fact that we were the first customers of the day only adds insult to injury, and it is clear that this establishment has a long way to go in terms of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail.

Furthermore, the response from the staff was inadequate and insensitive. They did not seem to understand the gravity of their mistake, and their apology felt insincere and half-hearted. It was clear that they were not taking the situation seriously and were more concerned with covering up their mistake rather than making things right.

Let's understand every aspect of this restaurant: COVID protocols are slacking with no sanitizers, absence of mask on staff. Service is extremely slow and horrible. They will ignore you or starting playing with their mobile or leave the restaurant and go elsewhere. I waited 1 hour for a single main course after 1 starter in an almost empty restaurant Portion sizes are painstakingly small. A single serving of Maggi has a bigger portion size than their noodles. The menu is extremely cluttered. I was forced to use Zomato to understand what's on the menu. The food was so oily that, the U.S. wanted to invade the plate. Lack of change. The establishment didn't have any change whatsoever and expected to be paid exact bill amounts. The ambience isn't too bad but the crowd was low-scale. I couldn't spot a waiter when I needed my cheque. Half of the lot was outside and the other half was hogging food in the kitchen. (Now I know why my food took forever!) By the way, I did visit the kitchen briefly and it was quite dirty and trashy.

Extremely unhappy with the food . Had clearly mentioned to waiter that we can't take spice yet the main course gravy n noodles was so spicy that we just tasted n left the food . All we had is a soup after ordering starter gravy n noodles and wasted it all since our tongue was on fire and ended paying 1300 rs . Money down the drain and also unsatisfactory dinning experience. I wouldn't recommend it at all I'm not surprised that the restaurant was running empty . Should have understood from there itself . We had to grab ice cream n fill stomach. What a waste of time n money . Plus the spice was unpleasant on stomach . Waiter was at complete fault for misleading us while suggesting the dish and then they did not have the courtesy to not charge us . On the top of it they charged us for water also 50 rs .
