McDonald's — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I'm not lovin' it. They get an extra star because the McNuggets were authentic and satisfying, but everything else about the experience was pretty awful. Enter an order for horrendously overpriced, low-quality food through a touchscreen ordering system that might have been a final project for a middle school computer class. As you do so, the challenge is to avoid all the pricey add-ons that could easily drive a meal for two over the Rs. 1k mark, including the final "table service" option that connects your order to a beeper that you take to your table with you so you don't have to then stand at the counter for a while. Prefer water with your meal? No problem, just help yourself... they supply thimble-sized paper cups at the drinking fountain, which they do get a point or two for having, although it's next to the bathroom which is kept locked, preventing anyone from actually using it. As for the food, if I'm paying these kinds of prices for "burgers", I expect at least one or two real beef options. There isn't even a mutton burger! If you're stuck coming here because you're with a group and your suggestions get voted down, go for one of the wraps or the McNuggets. They're not cheap, but at...

I would not even give one star for the experience I had. Had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch. The fries were under-filled yet again, which seems to be a recurring issue here, and when I raised it, the staff were outright rude and dismissive. I asked for water mid-meal, and instead of assisting me, the staff smirked and told me to get it myself—something completely unlike other branches where water is served at the table. One customer executive from the morning shift was particularly unprofessional, smirking, staring, and casually using his phone while on duty. The manager was equally indifferent, standing around laughing with staff instead of addressing complaints, which made us hesitant to even approach him. It was clear the staff had no interest in providing service or taking complaints seriously, making us feel completely disregarded as customers. This branch completely fails to meet the basic standards of service and professionalism expected from McDonald’s. As a foodie, This is Worst Taste Experience from Mcdonald. Everyone Health and Money is Important (Please Read this). I strongly don't recommend Mcdonald for kids (who like to eat in Mcdonald).

Please don't visit this place, When I visited, I ordered a bucket of Fried Chicken (5pc) and Regular cup of Sprite (350ml), it's cost around Rs.580 for both items. It came with packet (not bucket) 2 Legpiece, 2 thigh piece, and 1 wingpiece, Sprite filled with ice. The chicken was half cooked.

When I took the first bite of the chicken, the taste was worst like they cooked the dead infected(drugged) chicken not the fresh one and after the bite, my mouth is full of oily greater than the chicken its self, this is the worst chicken i have ever tasted. I personally tell you please don't visit.

When I take the first sip of the Sprite, the taste is foul taste, it's like they are giving you the Sprite mixed with alcohol. The drink will give you the irritation and it will give you some dizziness.
