Hey! Recently visited monks bar and social in vega city mall and this is a must try place for some lip smacking food and, drinks and beautiful ambience. The place has a beautiful floral theme and feels amazing when you enter. They have a good variety of cocktails which I really liked and their best sellers and a must try.

My favourite were the monks Annabelle, cherry blossom and pina colada. The monks Annabelle is their signature cocktail and should not be missed. Coming to starters I tried their prawn koliwada, malai murgh tikka and Asian chicken. Each cuisine was nailed to perfection be it coastal tandoor or pan Asian. Loved all the starters amazing taste and presentation. For main course I tried their alfredo pasta and chicken sliders. The chicken slider was amazing , loved the patty it was juicy and tasty making it a must try.

Finally for desserts we tried the Rasmalai tres leches and I totally loved this dessert. Amazing Rasmalai flavour infused into the tres leches makes this fusion a must try. Overall I totally loved monks bar and social and recommend this place for good food...

This is the second time we visited in less than a week. The first time we went there, we found the food and service exceptional. The second time around, the food was not exceptional and the service was lacklustre. We were somewhat appalled when we were told that the only bread available was neer dosa as none of the others sold! This kind of comment doesn't augur well . We did not like the ambience much the first time around as we felt the restaurant had got the lighting all wrong ( we went in the day). We felt the same this time too. It's brand identity seems a bit confused. The decor actually undermines the quality of food, which is a pity. The washroom was not clean. Both times we did not meet any senior leadership team.
