Pathetic service and experience.

Absolutely nothing deluxe about it. Ugly, unclean, shoddy place with dishonest and unhappy, uncivil people.

We were 4 adults (including 2 diabetic sr. citizens), 2 kids. Check the bill if we ordered less. Sat in a table where catering staff assemble and stand together, they are constantly staring at us but not willing to serve.

No one came to serve Biryani.

Asked for extra rice (against meal) once only. Instead of banana leaf requested to serve it on small rice plate. The dude just dumped all rice carelessly, some of it fell on the table. Off course no apology.

Full veg meal has many missing items

No fried chillies, no gunpowder, no Gongura, no buttermilk. I didn’t take pic, because honestly, I didn’t expect to be cheated like this. Now I checked the menu photo and realized.

Butter chicken boneless? A joke

They just mixed small pieces of boiled chicken in a random gravy.

No conversation or communication

Couldn't speak anything other than alien language. And they use it to their advantage to avoid conversation. Forget suggesting a dish or or exchanging pleasantries. Just some uneducated zombies roaming around.

Woman bathroom locked entire time

At first, we thought someone was inside. Now I suspect, it’s shut on purpose.

Water scam

They gave us two Bisleri bottles. Kid opened one. I returned the other and clearly said I don’t need the other. After the meal again they gave us the second bottle. I again said I don’t need this. They said, no problem, just keep it to side of table. Later after coming home when I checked the bill and found charged us for two bottles. Normally we don’t check bill, that much trust we carry. Just dishonest and cunning people.

Same with Appalam, charged for one which we didn’t order....

For those looking for a cheap cleanse, Nandhini Deluxe offers an 'Unlimited Meals' experience that truly tests your limits where the dal was like sambar, the real sambar might make you question your life choices extremely bad, and the rasam instills an existential dread about taking risks. The curd, shockingly, manages to go wrong in ways only Nandhini can invent, while the sweets taste like they were drafted in from a vendor who prefers profit over pastry. Service is delivered at an Olympic snail pace, with staff looking like they're either unpaid interns or auditioning for a sleepwalking competition.

The only redeeming quality: the finger bowl, just the right temperature, not too hot, not too cold perfect for washing off tears of disappointment.

After such a meal, don't be surprised if your stomach stages a protest and demands evacuation.

Honestly, if a friend wants to clean their insides without medical intervention, this place should be their top...

My experiance of this hotel was very uncomfortable.I have booked a tour package of 67000+5000(extra in coorg) from YATRA.COM and they booked 2 rooms in NANDHINI HOTEL in bangaluru .it was like only 1000 rs rooms.they given us damaged room will full smell of smoking and wood and also unmaintained rooms.||Bathroom tap was damage,woods are damage in everywhere, teapots was smelling and very old i.e. 10 years old.we complained hotel Manager and also YATRA.COM(RAKESH SHARMA AND OTHERS) but they do nothing.||We were helpless there.this hotel was very old and in damage condition.also full with ciggerate smoke and beer bottles.||At the time of booking YATRA call us 10 times but in problem they haven't do anything.YATRA .COM cheating there customers everytimes.||So my friends don't book anything by YATRA.COM and don't book any room in NANDHINI HOTEL MINERVA CIRCLE.IF in my hand then i marked this hotel...
