Nomad Pizza Takeaway Experience: Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service
I recently ordered a takeaway pizza from Nomad Pizza and was left dissatisfied with both the pizza quality and the customer service experience. Here are the key issues I faced:
Packaging Charges and Lack of Carry Bags:
Nomad Pizza charges a Rs 66/- packaging fee, but when I went to pick up my order, they did not provide a carry bag. As I had arrived on a 2-wheeler, it was inconvenient to carry just the pizza box. When I requested a carry bag, the manager reacted negatively, as if I was asking for something unreasonable.
Poor Pizza Quality:
The pizza itself was of low quality. The base was extremely thin and soft, making it difficult to lift a slice without it falling apart. In fact, I had to roll the pizza to eat it properly! Additionally, the tomatoes were undercooked, further detracting from the overall experience. For Rs 1062/- for an 8-slice pizza, I expected much better quality.
Unsatisfactory Customer Service:
The staff's behavior was unpleasant, with the manager making faces when I asked for a carry bag. This added to the disappointing experience.
In conclusion, while the concept of Nomad Pizza offering global flavors seems interesting, the execution falls short. The high prices, poor pizza quality, and rude customer service make it an establishment I would not...
Read moreGreat place for pizzas and pasta. We had the all-veg deep dish pizza, asparagus burrata garlic bread, aglio olio pasta, mushroom and leek Detroit-style pizza, burrata pizza, mezze platter, and avocado-raspberry shake.
The Best: Asparagus burrata garlic bread was the best and a must-try. Detroit-style pizza and the deep-dish pizza were different and delectable. The staff and ambiance are great.
The Good- The pasta was good. The mezze platter looks colorful and huge.
The Not so good: The shake was something that I would not recommend. I guess they did not have any avocados so they substituted it in the shake with bananas and I would 100% not like to pay around 370 Rupees for a banana shake. Another thing that I noticed was that they serve better food to influencers and food bloggers. There was a significant difference in how our deep dish pizza looked and how the deep dish pizza of the food blogging team who sat right beside our table looked. They also give a meal voucher when you spend over 2k which clearly states that it's valid for a complimentary dinner for your partner. I called them to know what the terms and conditions are. They said it means I'll get 50% off on the bill. But they only gave 495rs off. So the maximum amount they will give a discount of is 495Rs. Please keep this in mind if you are planning on using...

During our visit, we decided to indulge in their Naples-margarita+burrata pizza, and it was an absolute delight. The pizza sauce was a burst of authentic flavors, perfectly complementing the ideal combination of a crispy yet soft base.
The ambiance inside the restaurant was warm and inviting, creating a comfortable and intimate atmosphere. To our pleasant surprise, they also offered board games, adding a fun twist to the dining experience, making it an ideal spot for a delightful date night.
While the quality of the pizzas was undeniably top-notch, it's worth mentioning that the prices were slightly on the higher side, and the portion sizes left us wishing for a bit more. Despite this, the overall experience of savoring authentic pizzas from around the world made it a unique and memorable outing.
In conclusion, if you're a true pizza lover and appreciate the genuine flavors of different regions, this place is a must-visit. Just be prepared for the slightly higher costs and consider ordering an extra dish if you have a bigger appetite. Nevertheless, you won't be disappointed with the flavors that this place...
