I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pasta St in Indiranagar, and I must say, I was thoroughly touched by the warm and friendly welcome I received at the door. From the moment I stepped in, the cleanliness and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that the staff took great pride in their restaurant.

I was promptly seated by Pravat, who provided swift and professional service, making me feel well looked after from the get-go. But it was the head chef, Paolo, who truly stole the show. His infectious smile and amazing hospitality instantly made us feel like old friends, and I was swept up in his passion for the food he creates.

And the food, oh my goodness, the food! A sublime combination of Indian and Italian cuisine, each dish was a creative blend of Indian spices and authentic Italian flavors. We've been a regular at Pasta Street Indira Nagar for over 7 years. The experience has only been declining and the one we had on Fri night was just rock bottom!! We ordered their Broccoli Soup which used to be our favourite which has been getting thinner by time, and this time it was the thinnest soup we;ve ever had !! Felt as though they'd just churned broccoli, water pepper with minimal salt !! we had to ask for complimentary bread sticks which came 10 -15 mins after the soup was over... Jalapeno Cheese balls were as dry as though they were made months ago and just frozen and oh yess the cheese was missing !! And to mention the starter came after the main course and after multiple reminders !! The main course was Cheesy Lasagna where basil itself was missing, the tomato puree wasnt a puree but they were chunks of tomato dunked and the ravioli had only spinach - -- cheese missing or negligible if I may say so !! Only the pesto pasta was kinda edible !! Going onto the service -- Oh! we didnt have to go into the kitchen to fetch the food. It was served and just kept onto our table and the bill came with a service charge of 10% coz we served ourselves ... when asked to knock it off we were looked upon as though we NEEDED to pay and again questioned if only 5% could be knocked off and not the entire 10% !!! Dude you guys messed up the ENTIRE FOOD !! WE STILL PAID FOR THE HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE !! Imagine starters coming after the main course !!! TOTAL PERFECTION, isnt it !??!
