Went to Rahi today with my husband for a Brunch / Lunch date. From the road it seems like a normal basic place.. we decided to check it out and stay if we liked the ambience. As soon as we entered I was completely blown by the decor and the overall ambience. Very tastefully done with beautiful chandeliers hanging everywhere and lovely grand looking drapes. And bcoz the place is on the 3rd floor, it was flooded with beautiful natural light and lots of greenery. The best part is that the place is a fancy restaurant during the day and transforms into a club at night! It was priced like any other fancy dining place. Roughly 600 ₹ for a 30ml cocktail. I had the cocktail inspector which was a gin based cocktail and was okayish (mostly tasted like litchi juice). The other drink we had ordered was called the Captivator which was also a gin based cocktail and was much nicer than my drink. Keep in mind that they don’t serve Beer on tap.

Now coming to the food - I was simply drowning in the amazing flavours. We were welcomed with a complementary amuse-bouche which was quite decent and theatrical with the dry ice (have put a video of the same). We ordered one starter “Mangalorian pepper chicken”. Ufff I completely recommend you order that dish when you visit the place! Such a burst of flavours! Yum yum yummm!! For main course we ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala with a special naan (name of the naan sadly I cannot remember). This unfortunately was a little low on salt but once that was fixed it was pretty good. The naan was exquisite!

We were so soo full after the food that couldn’t manage to reach the dessert menu. But I plan on going back soon to sample that for sure!

The total bill was around 2500₹ for two cocktails, one starter and one main dish with two orders of naans (each plate of naan comes with three pieces) which I thought was pretty reasonable for the kind of ambience and quality the place offers. The quantity of both the starter and the main course was very good, easily good for three people. We had to doggy bag the CTM.

All in all, I will give this place a 8.5 / 10 and would totally recommend it!

Much hyped place with most of the ratings and reviews bought through bloggers or other paid people. Horrible experience. Table booked in advance and we reached well in time, but neither table was reserved nor the concerned staff and manager were bothered. After putting us to wait for almost 10 minutes the staff offered a cramped place for family of six to fit in and that too after reminding the staff repeatedly. The concerned staff was very rude. It appears that the management discourages the customers who come through Zomato, Swiggy table booking with the sole aim to avoid discounts offered and discounts are mentioned only to lure and trap the customers. Pricing is very high for the quantity and quality offered . Ear piercing music makes you very uncomfortable to the extent that you want to finish your meal and leave the place as early as possible. The place is always full of suffocating smoke as smoking is allowed by management in open which forces others to be passive smokers and major health hazard. The overall ambience is fishy and scary. I hope concerned government authorities are aware of the same. Service is also pathetic as it took half an hour to get first starter after placing the order and then 20-25 minutes for each dish. Many items on menu (like beer) were not available and that also you come to know after 10 minutes of placing the order. No steward around and it takes 5-10 minutes to find and reach them everytime. They put illegal service charges and then manager who is very rude and behave s like a bouncer not fit for the post threatened to pay or else advised us to go to the court when the govt rule was brought to his knowledge. It was really scary, and we left after that immediately. So it's like eating something under constant fear. Strongly...

From the moment I entered the restaurant till the time I left, my experience was very good.

Whole restaurant has plants in the spare areas and Me being a plant lover absolutely loved it. The ambience was really good. Either go with friends, family or a date.. this place is perfect.

They have in house bar, so make sure you try their cocktails.

Coming to food, I loved what I tried and would definitely recommend:

Starter: Dahi ke sholay Fried Garlic chicken tikka Tandoori Soya chaap, pickle aioli Dakshini Nariyal chicken

Main course: Voila butter chicken with chilli garlic rumali roti

Dessert: Rum Gulab jamun

Dahi ke sholey kebab just melts in your mouth. Very well seasoned and goes perfectly with the chutney.

Both the chicken starters were cooked to perfection. Loved the variety of flavours.

Being a non veg lover, I was amazed by how delicious the soya chaap was. The marination was on point. It was tad overcooked for me but tasted really good otherwise.

Chef Saransh definitely has his way with chicken apparently. It’s very common to find overcooked chicken in a curry dish because the dish is reheated several time. But to my surprise, the chicken was perfectly cooked in butter chicken as well. The taste was little different from usual butter chicken but damn delicious. And the Rumali roti was a surprise for me. It was stuffed with chilli garlic paste and the combo was bomb.

Ended my meal with Gulab jamun where the original taste took over the rum flavour but I still loved it.

The staff were very courteous and polite. I didn’t have to wait much for my food or drink throughout. Thank you Raahi for such a...

I had the pleasure of visiting Raahi last week with a rather large group of colleagues, think more "team outing" than "quiet dinner." The venue was a pleasant surprise! From the cozy furniture to the warm, inviting ambience, the place instantly gave off the right kind of vibes, the “we’re-about-to-have-a-great-evening” kind. We sampled a wide variety of dishes from peri peri fries and tandoori paneer to Chinese chicken, fried rice, and white sauce pasta. The overall verdict? Delicious, with the notable exception of the malai broccoli, which unfortunately tasted like it skipped cooking class altogether. A rare miss in an otherwise strong culinary lineup. The drinks kept spirits high, I particularly enjoyed the white sangria and the Jim Beam Honey shots (smooth and sneaky!). However, by the time I reached my fourth glass of wine (don’t judge, it was a long week), something seemed... watered down. I even checked with the bartender, but let’s just say the response was less than enthusiastic, somewhere between “No idea” and “Next question.” The DJ was fantastic, and our team hit the dance floor hard, we were still going strong till midnight. Huge shoutout to the staff, who were not only professional and attentive but also went above and beyond, one of my friends randomly requested pickle (not on the menu), and they managed to deliver. That’s service! In short: great food, great music, great company ,and one slightly suspicious wine incident. Would definitely recommend Raahi for group outings and casual celebrations.
