Well not sure where to start with, but would like to begin in an usual way. Basically am a vegetarian and tmy review will be based on this. Sarangi operated under Royal Comfort Group is located in Jayanagar 4th Block, the heart of Bangalore. Firstly let me talk about the interiors. The interior are simple and sober and sometimes feels like we are having candle light dinner. It can occupy around 50-60 people at one go. The hotel serves both North Indian & South Indian variety. As we had been for lunch the place looked little bright. We ordered for Panner Tikka, Baby corn Manchuri, Tandoori Brocli for starter and Mindstone Soup. The soup was like tomato soup filled with pasta, little spicy in taste, but enjoyed. Tandoori Brocli was different compared the one in Fusion Theory. Unfortunately Panner Tikka was not as per the expectation as it was not marinated properly and it was deeply roasted. You can see in the picture posted. On the main course ordered for veg Kofta and 3 different types of bread viz., Roti, Naan & Butter Kulcha. The taste was awesome but only one concern that the size of the bread was very very thin. One has to order double the quantity when compared to other restaurants. The quantity of the gravy was also less. But enjoyed the food. While the quantity of the items served is less the prices on the other hand is slightly on higher side when compared to 1947 or Eeshanya located in the same vicinity. Now coming to service level. Looks like there are less staff as the serving became slow whe the crowd increased. The two starters were served quickly, but the third one was late and the main course was much delayed. So asked the supplier the reason and he started it was due to less business during covid due to which the staff are less in number. Another challenge is the parking. Though they have vale parking, sometimes it becomes difficult to place to park as it's crowded place. To conclude it's a good place to visit atleast once and based on pricing one can decide to visit again or not.

Don’t Visit Here If You Are Alone – Especially Not for Pav Bhaji! Visited Saarangi – A Veg Restaurant today and was left very disappointed. I ordered two items – Veg Manchow Soup and Pav Bhaji. The Manchow Soup was just average – not up to the usual standard I’ve come to expect from this place, as I visit often. But the real shocker was the Pav Bhaji. They charged ₹240 (₹180 for Pav Bhaji + ₹60 for extra pav), and the quantity of bhaji served was barely 1/4th of what any decent hotel would serve. I was literally laughing looking at the plate, wondering how to even react. For that price, I would’ve gotten a full meal at a regular local restaurant. If you’re craving Pav Bhaji, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. Also, I couldn’t help but notice a clear bias in how the staff treats solo visitors. If you’re not with family or a group, you’re almost invisible to them. They seem to focus more on large groups – probably because they bring in more money – but this kind of behavior is unacceptable for any place that calls itself a “restaurant.” The waiting time was ridiculous too. At some point, I genuinely felt like they forgot my order – the server was too busy running around serving other tables. It felt a bit like how your ex ignores your texts – you're just left hanging with zero attention. Overall Verdict: Saarangi might have a name, but today’s experience was a complete letdown. Solo diners – avoid. Pav Bhaji lovers – don’t even dare.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Culinary Gem in Jayanagar! Saarangi Fine Dining is a delightful vegetarian haven nestled in the heart of Jayanagar. From the moment you step in, the warm and elegant ambiance sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. The decor is tasteful and modern, with rooftop seating that offers a serene view of South End Circle 1. The menu is a rich tapestry of flavors, offering everything from South Indian classics to North Indian delicacies, Chinese, Italian, and even Afghan-inspired dishes 2. The Onion Uttapam is a standout—perfectly crisp, flavorful, and surprisingly healthy 3. The veg platter, Malai Kofta, and Butter Naan are crowd favorites that never disappoint 1. Service is courteous and attentive, and the staff go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome. While the restaurant can get busy, especially on weekends, the overall experience remains top-notch. It's ideal for family dinners, romantic evenings, or even a quiet brunch with friends. Prices are reasonable for the quality and variety offered—expect to spend around ₹1,100 for two 2. Bonus points for their generous portion sizes and frequent dining offers. Whether you're a local or visiting Bengaluru, Saarangi Fine Dining is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates great vegetarian food served with flair.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saarangi Fine Dining Restaurant, and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the paper masala dosa and Rava dosa that I ordered—the taste and quality were beyond compare.

The moment the dosas arrived at my table, I was captivated by their enticing aroma and visually appealing presentation. As I took my first bite, I was immediately transported to a world of flavors and textures that I had never experienced before. The paper masala dosa was perfectly crispy on the outside, with a deliciously spiced potato filling that melted in my mouth. The Rava dosa, on the other hand, was delightfully thin and had a unique texture that added an extra dimension to each bite.

What truly set the dosas apart was the exceptional attention to detail in their preparation. The batter used was evidently of the highest quality, resulting in dosas that were light, airy, and cooked to perfection. The flavors were well-balanced, with just the right amount of spices, and the accompanying chutneys and sambar complemented the dosas impeccably.

The service at Saarangi Fine Dining Restaurant was equally praiseworthy. The staff members were attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were prompt in taking my order and ensured that I had a comfortable dining experience throughout.

The ambiance of the restaurant was elegant and inviting, providing a pleasant setting to enjoy the culinary delights. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were top-notch, further enhancing the overall dining experience.

In conclusion, my visit to Saarangi Fine Dining Restaurant left an indelible mark on my taste buds. The paper masala dosa and Rava dosa surpassed my expectations, showcasing the skill and expertise of the chefs. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience. Saarangi Fine Dining Restaurant has undoubtedly set a new standard for dosas, and I cannot wait to return to explore more of their...
