Subway Basavanaguddi — Restaurant in Bengaluru

A very money minded outlet with unscrupulous business practices. The workers are trained in such a way that they deceive the customer to the maximum extent and loot them with all the money they can get hold on. They add a max of three or four slices of veggies, that's all. Channa, patties,paneer and other fried add ons to the subs are stale and old, but they use a oven to resurrect it. The subway bread isn't fresh but you don't get to know as it has preservatives added to inhibit rotting. I asked the guy to add all sauces, but he questioned whether it should be spicy or medium spicy. I replied the latter and he adds only four sauces and wraps it. When questioned, he says only four sauces for medium spicy !. Never going to visit this...

I visited the outlet on yesterday and I was standing at the counter for a few seconds bcos the employees were busy discussing some personal call, they were least bothered that a customer was waiting. Employee suggested a combo meal, I said yes but she conveniently forgot what I had ordered, so I ended up wd a sub n drink. When I went for billing she says I had a cookie, which I hadn't. There was another guy at the outlet who was busy watching mobile and nit cleaning the table or worried for customers. Off late the quality of the vegetables have declined and I feel like I am paying more amount for the food which is way too old to be served. I also heard other 2 customers complaining. I dony think I will visit...

the number of people have drastically reduced because the footfalls have reduced during the weekday and most of them or are going with Swiggy and home delivery. This particular shop is from quite some time in this locality and I have observed that the customers has reduced quite drastically but the point which makes it 5 stars here is the standards for their maintaining still. the way of handling the food items is clean and tidy and they do have little customer service attitude which is good enough for Indian customers. The taste is as per the Subway standards and is obviously good. the cleanliness of the place is not so bad and it is quite better than Pizza hut outlets which I have seen was...
