GRUBVIBE — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

The menu doesn't mention any allergens, nor ingredients is mentioned on the menu.

I ordered a cottage cheese steak and the same was served with sauted vegetables with mushrooms to which I am severely allergic to.

On requesting the staff - Bapon (who calls himself the head) he refused to change just the sauted vegetable part on the context that it will go to waste and insisted he can only remove the cooked mushrooms for the vegetables and serve it to me. His (along with other staff) behaviour was extremely rudely and had put the onus on me to ensure I ask the ingredients before ordering and it is not his or the team's duty to inform about the allergens. I did ask the ingredients for another item on the menu to which one of the servers mentioned that gnocchi have gnocchi sauce.

Seeing this place for sometime while going city centre 1 and hence, decided to go to here last Sunday.

The place is good.. the service is very slow and waiter did provide incorrect information about a sandwich which turned out a veg sandwich but waiter said it had chicken. They said they will change it but return the same sandwich with adding chicken pieces..

They also charged for the chicken, not sure why as they provided incorrect information.

Additionally, they charged 83 rupees for service . Although optional but it was not written. I asked for it but the response is that they don't want to remove it.

The pan fried fish(Basa) was really good and the rating given is for that only..

Just 500 m away, CARAVAN CAFE serves one of best chicken sandwiches in salt lake or in Kolkata also.. I was disappointed with sandwich and misleading...

I visited GrubVibe with a friend last Saturday, and overall, it was a great experience. The restaurant is situated in a prime location, just opposite the lane of City Center and right beside Aqua Java.

Ambiance: The setting is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or a relaxed hangout.

Food: We ordered the Peri Peri Chicken Pizza and cold coffee. The pizza was authentic and flavorful—definitely one of the better ones I've had in a while. The cold coffee was also quite good.

Service: While the staff was friendly, the service was a bit on the slow side.
