Amplifier Club — Restaurant in Delhi

Plz Avoid , they are not professional at all.first of all I must start from seating , seats were worst actually there was totally dark so we were not able to notice it.later on AC ducts were leaking on us , then we noticed the torn seats.

Second waiters were. Not listening , we called atleast 5 waiters then one came after 15min. Third: he served partial order again we told him that plz complete the order and for this they took almost 30 mins to serve.

Fourth: Drinks were not chilled at all. Lastly we asked for ICE . When we are paying 10 times for a drink , we must expect good service.

Fifth: the after serving the order within 15 mins waiter came to us and insisted to order more and did arguments too when we denied to order more. Sixth: when we complained to manager, he was not willing to listen the complaint. One more thing toilets were dirty and toilet seat was broken.

Seven: we have booked it from Dine out. Which was giving us 15% discount on food bill. And then if we pay from Dine out then 20% cashback. Manager told me that the bill which was discounted at 15% will be acceptable only when you pay to them not to Dine out. If I pay by Dine Out app I have to pay total bill without 15% discount.

So these people are fraud, non- professional, amenities were in poor condition. Sofas were old enough, ac were leaking, toilets were almost in same condition as public toilets. There many other good option.. Plz Avoid they must learn the how to treat a customer. We pay so high to them, but services are of not...

Think Twice before going to this Club. Why? I gave one order on 17th July'19 i.e. (half butter chicken and 4 roti) - order time the waiter show me the price (half butter chicken price is Rs.299 and 4 Roti cost is Rs.200). it means total cost is Rs.499 after finish the lunch i got the total bill of R.s999: bill of Rs.799 (For half chicken)+Rs.200 for Roti

when i said that the please give me the menu where price are listed then they show me another menu card and the price were changed...

Can anyone please tell me where is the price of Rs. 999 for half butter chicken and 4 Roti in this world not even India....

This is fully fraud and cheated in this club...I recommended please don't waste your hard earned money...rest its upto you...Thanks for giving the time to read this my honest review...

We were looking for this club, not being able to find it on the map. While we were stood outside, where the map said the club was, someone told us that Amplifier was now House of Commons. Once we entered, it was suddenly Amplifier. Some random guy offered us ‘a peanut’, and my cocktail tasted nothing like the cocktail I ordered. Looked really sketchy… after 5 minutes, we wanted to pay but they pretended they couldn’t hear us hoping we’d stay longer. We just left 1000 rupees for 2 drinks and left.

Before entering, some Bangladeshi guys told us that it was sketchy so they left. We should’ve listened but we thought we’d give it a try. I wouldn’t recommend to tourists. Better...
