DON'T EVER BUY A PITCHER OF THEIR BEERS, we experienced a nightmare when we had insects inside the pitcher jug. When we tried clicking pictures the staff took the jug. They deny pints/cans of branded liquor to finish off their brewery tanks which are unhygienic, not properly taken care off and has insects/cockroaches inside the main machine. Further they have Extremely poor service. Such arrogant staff who served us we went for full fledge dinner after a pitcher of beer but only had beer and left since the staff was so pathetic and impolite. Noone was available near the table or bothered to ask for any order. We had tried many beer cafe this particularly Saket outlet in DLF avenue is the worst because of the staff. I wish for the outlet closure and the employees must not be recruited anywhere since they are not fit for customer facing jobs. It was the most worst experience I could have had anywhere in Delhi. Denied eazy diner discount offer by the staff. Noone was nearby the tables each and every staff was somewhere in the backside of the outlet. Extremely ill mannered staff.

Hope the outlet gets shut and the staff gets unemployed soon because you don't value your job or the customers coming and feeding your plate. Such staff doesn't deserve employment.
