Saket Social — Restaurant in Saket

You can check since when I have been coming to social. Since 2015 and I do visit Saket Social way to often but the experience which I've had today was way too bad and harrassing. I can't even express this over here. I never expected this from social to be very honest the guy who's a bouncer called Rahul missbehaved with me and threatened me to kill me. Like seriously? To be honest I am from hospitality sector and i know how this works but you can't treat your customer's like this. And I'm not making it count that how much I've paid to social trust me on this but I never ever expected this from social. I really want to connect with the CEO or someone who can actually help me with this and I i really mean it. Personally I'm not liking it doing this but I've to please if I can get a resolution to this. Your team from Mumbai do visit here and I've met few people from higher authorities too but this is not at all acceptable I don't want to give the names here i do respect each and everyone but I've mentioned one name which I had to plus there was one more guy from the staff i don't know the name but i would like to mention his name too. Please do help me with this we are not safe because nowadays bouncers are threatening to death which is not at all acceptable. Please do connect with me the marketing team who so ever is looking after this. Please it's a humble request. I know how to move in a society and what to say and what to do that particular person is threatening me and telling I'll not let you eneter and all this. Is this acceptable? I seriously want to connect with someone and I need a feedback on this. On a serious note. Social is a big brand now and I've been coming from a long time this is so not done. Social Saket - Ambience is SO SO I WILL GIVE 2 STAR FOR AMBIENCE .. but Service and Staff are NOT GOOD..

What ever i asked to their staff they will just passing my message one to another.. i was like whats happying guys..

Their Service is very very POOR Its NOT a Party Place where corporate or office can enjoy Its a New year and They people said we can play songs hindi or punjabhi.. only this english we will play.. that song was so so Boring.. We already asked 2 Days before do you have DJ for dance they YES and it will start from 8 PM or 8.30 pm.

We make our plan according that we were 20th person. and when we asked can you play song on DJ for Dance they said Sorry we can play before 10.30 pm.

is that joke? NEW PARTY WITHOUT OUR INDIAN SONGS IS NOTHING.. WE TALK TO THEM BUT ALL WERE SAYING NO NO NO AND ONLY NO.... EVEN THAT DJ GUY WAS VERY VERY RUDE..

Even when i checked their price list on Zomato and restaurant rate card both are totally different.

After spending so much of money but nothing we get They people just waste Our new year party as well as all our thoughts. simply one of the Most PATHETIC PLACE .. I WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN IN FUTURE

Friends Dont visit there becase you will FEEL CHEAT when you come out from this PATHETIC PLACE

A nice atmosphere, good music and food. Sitting was different from any restaurant, it included things like leisure chairs, swings, high chairs, garden chairs etc.

The service was bad and slow. We entered the place and there was no one to tell us about sitting. We roamed around the place for a while before we found a place to sit.

The food can be ordered via app no menu cards. But don't expect any person to come and help or advise. We had to wait for 20 min before we were even served water.

Post ordering the food via app the delivery was fast. But then you kept looking around for a service person for anything you want. Refill water, tomato sauce, Mustard sauce. Even for a bill we had to wave our hands for 10 min.

I had ordered a LIIT which came in a tube beaker. It looked great and the taste was also nice as it was chilled.

Fish fillet Burger - a nice big piece of fish fillet. Maharaja Mac from McDonald's would be shy of this burger. It was juicy and you did not have to add any sauces to have this. Soft bun was also tasty.

Tandoori chicken bao - nice bao with good filling. There were 2 pieces of bao. The chutney was tasty and adequate. They had also given friams with this.

Death Wings - Chicken wings in a nice spicy sauce along with onion rings. Great presentation. The taste was lovely and if you are not fancy of chilli then stay...
