I had the pleasure of visiting an Italian restaurant in Delhi that comes highly recommended by a close friend who is Italian-born, with German roots. Her verdict? This place is as authentic as it gets—exactly like dining in Italy itself!

From my own experience, the flavors here are exceptional. I sampled three different pizzas, along with a calzone and a Panuozzo, all vegetarian, and I can confidently say: I’ve never tasted pizza like this in my life. This is hands down the best place in Delhi for pizza made with sourdough bread - an absolute must-visit for all sourdough lovers! The crust is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside, with that signature tangy flavour you can only get from proper sourdough.

I’ve not only enjoyed dining here but also ordered multiple times on Zomato, and the quality has always been consistent. If you visit, I highly recommend going for custom toppings. The staff is very accommodating and lets you create your own combination, giving you a real custom pizza experience.

They also have a beautiful open kitchen, so you can actually watch your pizza being baked fresh in front of you, surely adding a great touch to the whole experience.

A small note: they don’t have a great selection of drinks or beverages to go along, so you might want to plan accordingly. They often run special offers on their sourdough breads, but those sell out quickly since they bake in limited batches.
