Extremely Disappointed with the Manager - Mr. Pralay (Rude and Dismissive) Visited on - 4th August 2025
I visited YouMee today and was extremely disappointed with the experience, something I’ve never expected from a place I’ve visited multiple times before. The issue was not just with the food, but more importantly with the behaviour of the manager, Mr. Pralay.
To begin with, he did not bother noting down our order which led to the wrong dishes being served. When we politely told him this, not once but 3–4 times, he seemed annoyed and dismissive before finally agreeing to correct it. This is basic etiquette, and it was completely lacking.
To make matters worse, the sushis that came towards the end were poorly prepared, they fell apart completely when picked up with chopsticks. Instead of acknowledging the issue, Mr. Pralay again got rude with us, showing no intent to help. It was only when the chef stepped in that the sushis were replaced. This is unacceptable.
But the worst part? After his own mistake, Mr. Pralay had the audacity to tell us that “next time, point at the menu when placing an order.” Excuse me? That is absolutely uncalled for. Who is he to tell customers how to speak or place an order especially after he was the one who didn’t take it down properly?
This kind of behaviour is not only unprofessional, it reflects poor training and lack of customer service values. I sincerely hope the management at YouMee looks into this, because regular customers should not have to face...

Read moreGood food and good ambience, but highly PATHETIC MANAGER... Had pre-booked an offer via zomato, had informed the staff also about it, how've when the payment moment came, I had stepped out and family by mistakenly had swiped via card (note - staff didn't even share a friendly reminder that you had booked zomato, which they were aware about, hence, Need to pay the app), when I came back & realised the folly, I sincerely requested the manager to kindly reverse the transaction (which is very much possible), so that i can pay via the app, the manager outright rejected and refused to do so. As per him, "it is our fault, we shouldn't have given the card and swiped it. Staffs are not required to remind, nothing can be done". What kind of a mad reasoning is this??? All it shows is greediness, if you do not like the zomato/swiggy offers, then why enlist in the apps and provide such offers, if you cannot abide by it.
Your saket outlet just lost 6 quite frequent customers, over a simple possible hospitality gesture was not considered for customer by the manager. Highly...
