I wanted to go this place since long, although it's not that attractive as it seems from outside... Food is just 😶 not that great that I expected as I am a huge fan of all south Indian food and love to visit all the south Indian joints, this place didn't get upto my mark. Ambience 1 out of 5 too clumsy, hygiene 1 as didn't find it only the path was clean. They don't know how to make a lasiss I know I shouldn't expect this from a South Indian place still if it's in your menu you should know it. The dosa was not at all hot and was soggy don't know how did the cook managed to make a triangle of a soggy one... only reason of giving 3 star is their cashier knows what is "hospitality", I didn't carried any cash with me and the card was not a sure option as the card mashine was not working well even after that he insisted on that I have my meal and I could pay with cash if needed as the ATM machine is just next-door ( although I knew it's not 🙂). Despite placing our order promptly, the delivery of our food took an unnecessarily long time. Even simple requests like adding ice cream to our order were mishandled – they failed to deliver it altogether, despite it being a straightforward task.

Moreover, the lack of hospitality was evident, especially from one individual who seemed more interested in maintaining their ego than serving customers. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service in an establishment that should prioritize customer satisfaction.
