my experience The rooms were good value for money—clean and comfortable. We faced some minor issues, but nothing too concerning. One of the standout aspects of the hotel was its exceptional service. The staff was consistently helpful and polite, making every interaction smooth and pleasant. A special mention must be made of the way senior citizens in our group were treated—with genuine care and respect, which added a warm, personal touch to our visit. We checked out at 11 AM, but since our train was at 3 PM, they safely stored our luggage and allowed us to sit comfortably in the lobby until 1:30 PM. Before leaving, they also provided a facility and washroom to freshen up, which I really appreciated The managers deserve high praise for their proactive assistance during both check-in and check-out. Their commitment to guest comfort was evident.

There was one noticeable drawback—the elevator lift. It is notably small, which is inconvenient. The restaurant at Hotel Centra was decent but had limited food options, which I did not like. The breakfast buffet also had very few choices, making it less satisfying. While the food quality was acceptable, a wider variety would have improved the experience. The atmosphere was okay, and the service was polite and efficient. However, the lack of options made the dining experience feel incomplete. Considering these factors, I would rate the restaurant 3/5, as it was decent but could be much better with more diverse food choices.

I recently had a very satisfactory experience at this property. While the hotel isn’t very old, it has a slightly dated charm that is impressively well-maintained—reflecting the management’s dedication to providing a comfortable stay for guest's. The rooms were clean spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities making them a highlight of the visit.

The staff deserves special mention for their courteous and professional behavior. From the seamless check in process to their warm interactions, they ensured a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay.

However one issue slightly marred the experience—the shower in our room was not functioning properly, We promptly reported this to the staff but unfortunately, the problem remained unresolved during our stay. This was a minor inconvenience but worth noting.

That said the overall upkeep of the hotel is commendable. With a little more attention to promptly resolving guest concerns Hotel Centra has the potential to deliver an even better experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Centra for three days during an event organized by the Physical Education Foundation of India, and I must say, the experience was absolutely wonderful.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the staff stood out. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The front office team, especially Mr. Chetan and his staff, were incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met with a smile.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which made commuting to various places very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team ensured that hygiene and cleanliness were consistently top-notch.

The food was another highlight of our stay. A big thank you to Mr. Kuldeep and the entire F&B team for serving delicious meals and providing excellent service throughout. Special appreciation also goes to Sweety ji and Santan ji for their kind assistance.
