I have been to Air Live Jubilee Hills and had pretty nice experience previously. Counting on that we visited Air Live Sarath City Mall yesterday, and the experience was disheartening.

1st of all the service is bad, they are taking away the foods and drinks plates even when it is say 90% complete - always in a hurry, that too without asking. Though the seating was barely 50% full even on peak Sunday evening, they seem to be in hurry. Also when asked for regular water they denied that they don't serve it and you have to take the overpriced bottle. The food was below average and compared to the hefty price.

Cut 2, while paying the bill, they came up with a hidden 10% Service Charge already pre-added. They showed the bill on a phone and in a hurry and when asked about the extra charges the waiter said it is "TAXES" - no mention about Service Charge. Also it was not explicitly mentioned as 'Service Charge' (in full verse) in the bill line items (i guess a trick to fool people). I paid the amount, asked for physical bill and then pointed out the extra Service Charge. When asked to remove they denied, argued very badly and also was rude. They said they can provide discount next time and I counter offered that I will take a dish now and you adjust that - they denied to that also!!

The manager is of no use, some guy came looked senior to the manager, he also reluctantly said give 10% discount.

Guys we are not after your 30/40 rs discount. My post and protest is about the ill-practice and make people aware of it. Ask people and include Service Charge, it is customer's will, should not be the other way around - why the hell will i pay a Service Charge of 10% over a already overpriced shitty food and drinks that too being served in such bad manners.

Anyone reading this, will suggest refrain visiting and if you at all visit be very cautious about every item in the bill and keep management people accountable from 1st.

I am writing to bring to your attention a disturbing incident that occurred at your club on 31.03.2023. I was dining with my friends and family at your establishment when one of your operation guy Mr. Srinivas, behaved inappropriately towards me.

As a female customer, I felt harassed and disrespected by Mr. Srinivas' actions. He made lewd and suggestive comments towards me and made physical contact with me without my consent. I found his behavior completely unacceptable and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I reported the incident to the manager on duty at the time, but I feel that the response was not adequate. The manager seemed dismissive of my complaint and did not take any action against Mr. Srinivas. I am disappointed by the lack of concern shown by your staff and the management towards the safety and well-being of your customers.
