OYO 14680 Hotel Rainbow Park — Hotel in Hyderabad

Not at all recommended! We arrived at 7 am and wanted a early check-in. They said that no room is vacant even though there was one in front of our eyes.(still okay with that.maybe a little too would have gotten us the room) When I enquired about keeping our luggage for 2 hours so that we can go and have some breakfast, they straight away declined saying they don't do that! They won't take responsibility of any such thing. When enquired if they'll take after we check in, they said no . Which hotel does that? The final screw in the wood was when I told them that we require a room with clean bathroom and clean bedsheets, the reception guy said that it would be better if we move the booking to some other hotel. When I told them I am raising the cleanliness issue because of the review I read , he said it's your fault. We are under maintenance, that's why those reviews! 😂 In the end I had to cancel and change the hotel, because of their Handling of guest! I fear for those who are going...

Please don't go with ratings & reviews in OYO App as most of them will be Fake / Staff insisted, even they asked me to change my review. It was really unpleasant stay, worst services and staff is very rude. Complaints: Rooms are not maintained well, you'll find broken bucket in wash-room in which you can't fill water. To report the same you've to go to the reception because you'll find a faulty phone which will never work. If you try to watch TV, the remote will not work. The staff will never clean your room, and finally when you are having complimentary breakfast, if you're going to have add-ons they'll stop you though you're ready to pay. The staff has no ethics and are very unprofessional, they'll never ask about your stay, they're just bothered about rating and insist you to give what they expect and if you won't, the staff will irritate even by calling you on your number asking...

Cleanliness 1/5 - blankets, pillow covers were not changed by the time we checked in. There's no door mat at the bathroom, towels provided stink. We stayed for 2 days, the house keeping came to clean only one room, that too only on the first day of our stay. The over all cleanliness was below average.

Facilities - we were 5 people, booked 2 rooms. In one room, the AC wasn't functioning, we had had to go to the facility twice to complain about it, they said they fixed it but still it worked intermittently. In other room TV didn't work. Somebody came to fix with it but failed to. So we had had to give up on it. Doors locking system was poor. Fridges were there only for show off. They stink like hell, no power supply to them.
