Ambiance and First Impressions Walking into "Flechazo, Sarath City mall " felt like stepping into a promising dining experience, but the reality quickly shattered any initial expectations. The restaurant's sleek decor and modern interior design created a misleading facade of potential gastronomic excellence.

The Culinary Catastrophe Monotonous Flavor Profile Every single dish that arrived at our table seemed to have been baptized in the exact same overzealous, one-dimensional spicy marinade. The complete lack of flavor nuance was both shocking and disappointing. From appetizers to main courses, it felt like we were consuming variations of the same generic, heavy-handed spice blend.

Overcooked Culinary Crimes The kitchen's approach to cooking appeared to be "when in doubt, overcook". Meats were transformed into dry, tough leather-like substances, completely devoid of moisture or tenderness. Vegetables were reduced to lifeless, wilted remnants that lost all semblance of their original texture and nutritional value.

Service: Adding Insult to Injury The service was equally underwhelming. Waitstaff seemed disinterested, slow, and poorly trained. Requests were met with blank stares, and the time between items served felt like an eternity. The lack of attentiveness compounded the already disappointing dining experience.

Pricing: Daylight Robbery To add insult to injury, the prices were shockingly high. For the quality of food and service provided, the cost was nothing short of highway robbery. Paying premium prices for subpar cuisine is a culinary sin that "Flechazo " seemed to commit with brazen confidence.

I'm writing this after I got home. It's genuine from my pov & not written when service staff asking us write a good review in their presence.

A lot to tell about my experience about this place ! Firstly I have been to most of the barbeques also buffets in hyderabad which are budget friendly. So we had a terrible experience yesterday. We had 2 N.Veg

Pros 1.) Service is decent.(5/5) 2.)Food wise(2/5) Starters : (veg)Potato fries & crispy were good in taste & quality. Desserts : Ice cream !

Cons 1.) Ambience wise the restaurant doesn't have separate washrooms, need to use the Mall's one.(3/5) 2.)Food wise : The common thing among all the starters & main course dishes is the "TASTE OF Re-used OIL". Starters... NV items : Mutton seekh & Fish are good in taste but quality I don't know. Chicken & Prawns are terrible both quality wise, taste wise. Main course : Every item gives the punch of using the Re-used edible oil after having the first bite itself. Biryani : Generally biryani are not authentic in buffets & barbeque but it's not well made here. Live counter : Again the items are very terrible.

Post lunch before paying the bill. a.) The service staff when they get a sense of the dissatisfied face of us ! They start doing an extra service of bringing some ice cream dessert or some fresh food from the kitchen as compensation for our dissatisfaction. b.) Now the manager comes in and takes the review of our bad experience & he orders service staff to bring hot food from the kitchen when we're almost done. c.) Bill wise the restaurant charges different charges for buffets without taxes. There is no specific day wise price for this buffet. Likes it's the same for all day. Be careful with their charge ! I feel its utterly waste of time to even write a review for this restaurant. But I want to make sure that no one else is affected like me.

We were a family of 7 people who visited this restaurant after booking a table. they gave a table for 6, when requested for a bigger table they asked us to adjust. after insisting they gave us an extra chair. But it was removed every time they found the chair empty and we had to ask them again and again when ever we were back to the table.

Its NOT KID friendly, our family had a 2 Kids (toddler and a 6 yr old ), they were playing loudly, and by mistake they dropped a plate which broke. before this incident the staff had a smile on their face after this incident it changed to a frown and they did not even bother to come and attend our table. when called multiple times they were irritated to attend our table.

Food was worst, there was a guy from another table who was already complaining about the quality and taste of the food. They said they will serve a total of 16 starters veg and non veg but they served only 10 varieties. These 10 starters were served only once. None of the starters were tasty everything tasted blend and tasteless. Main course was pathetic ( had to go home cook and eat as I was hungry), So you can imagine how worst the food was. Even the deserts were bad. and most of the main course and desert containers were empty when asked to refill they asked us to wait 5 min which was not done even after 30 min.
