Just Parantha — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I recently had an unfortunate experience while making a delivery at 'Just Parantha'. As a delivery partner, I was disheartened to witness what appeared to be unsanitary cooking conditions. On multiple occasions, I observed employees preparing food on what seemed to be unclean cookers. This raised serious concerns about the restaurant's commitment to hygiene and food safety.

Additionally, I was taken aback by the alleged threatening behavior I encountered. It is disappointing to have concerns brought up and met with such a response. A professional establishment should prioritize customer and partner feedback, addressing any issues in a respectful and constructive manner.

In terms of the food quality itself, I cannot speak to that aspect as I was not able to sample the dishes during my visit. However, the lack of attention to hygiene and the reported behavior has left a negative impression that outweighs any potential positives.

Overall, my experience at 'Just Parantha' was deeply unsatisfactory. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

The time when u clicked photos there was a cctv camera above your head and we saw the whole footage,

The way u clicked pictures was strange. From whom did u take permission to click pictures and u are showing that just parantha is a bad place to visit, our just parantha's fans knows that our place is fully hygiened and our food is one of the best in hyd.

The photos you clicked was at 10am and our cleaning starts at 11am, Now i am gonna report this incident to zomato manager and in Police station...

WORST SERVICE, even zero star is waste for the taste, service and attitude. i have ordered two chole currys and 4 different parathas and this guy has sent me the curry in a single packet and pressed all the 4 parathas in one single aluminium wrap, when i called him to inform him that this is not the way to pack the parathas and how to differentiate which paratha, he says those who eat regularly will know which is what paratha and not like you in an ARROGANT MANNER and says if you order 10 parathas also i will send it in single wrap and says dont order next time. when a customer is sharing the review he has no sense to take it positively and reply in a polite manner. this guy has the WORST ATTITUDE towards...

Finding seating space here will be hard. There may be a maximum of 10 chairs at the location. The shop is just a small single room jutting out of another shop. So basically seating is in front of the shop, outside. There is no solid room, at the maximum you might find a tarpaulin. Keep this in mind. The food on the other hand, is why this place deserves praise. Amazing parathas. There is a large variety of parathas on the menu. Sabzis are also available. It is wiser to collect the parathas and eat in your own parkerd cars, or take the food as a parcel during rush hours. The place has a steady demand, so service will be affected depending on the volume of customers. Still, worth it. Their curd...
