First of all, this branch is at lakdikapool. My review is based on ambience wise, taste, quality and service , price . We ordered Haleem - 250 Chicken biryani -230 Mutton biryani- 240

Ambience - It's a decent ambience😌, it's a good choice if you are visiting in the evening and at night. Two seatings one is outdoor and inside seating. Outdoor is average😑 , but it's nice in the evening and not so much of hygenic one😤 ( outside) Inside is AC hall🥶,Hygenic place . Don't use the restroom at all😷, one of the worst restrooms i have seen at such a big restaurant.

Taste - 1.Haleem is just above average🤗, it missed flavours😔. I felt that way when we ate, but it maybe different in other days. Chicken biryani taste was good😋😍. Didn't met my expectations🤔 but it was good. The masala taste was very good but piece not so much. Mutton biryani was really good😋😍. But the pieces weren't cooked perfectly. It was hard to chew but the biryani was flavourful.

Quality - All three were of good quality and quantity as well . 😇

Service - Now coming to service, you can bring a pillow😪 with you. Hahaha, i am serious. You can take a beauty nap🌜 in between. We ordered and it took almost 30-45 min🧐 for biryani to come. Waiters were decent😁 and good behaviour but the time is not in our favour. People who don't have patience will not be happy. 😠

Price - Altogether price is reasonable.

Shah Ghouse was last on our list during Ramzan tour of Hyderabad. We went to the outlet nearby Lakdi Ka Pul metro station, nearby to our hotel. We went around 9 pm and this place was overflowing with customers - dine in and takeaway. We opted for takeaway and ordered two dishes we never had in Kolkata - Arabian Mandi Chicken and Mutton Marag. Also had Irani Tea while waiting. The staff at the takeaway counter were extremely polite and were talking to us as if we are the only customers they have. We opted for the Mandi size for two persons. The packing was nice and nothing spilled. Mutton Marag is a very delicately cooked mutton soup. The broth is creamy, very light, extremely flavorful. We couldn't believe that a broth with mutton is so light, as if it's a continental soup. Pieces of mutton were very soft and break under fingers. We kept licking the fingers for more. Arabian Mandi is entirely different from Hyderabadi Biryani. Unlike Biryani the flavor of Mandi is very smooth and does not leave a tangy feeling in the tongue. Contains plenty of dry fruits and the rice is fine. It comes with a soup with bones and this could be an icing on the cake; such flavor with minimal ingredients. The chicken pieces (two large) were well grilled and were packed separately. A word of caution - if you buy a Mandi size for two it's not only enough for three but can even be adequate for four people with a couple of side dishes. Given a chance we'd come...
