For the very time I am giving 1 star for a hotel is this because of the food taste and quality, we ordered 2 thalis and sambar rice as bisibelebath was not available. Thalis had poori which is the only good aspect in the whole meal we had, rice was limited with a small bowl and dal was too spicy where people like us who eat spice a lot had the feeling of smoke coming out of our ears and nose and I was in tears eating the sambar rice which had a large amount of quantity but quality is '0', it was the worst experience in my whole life. I had ordered and asked him to pack and give to someone then I felt even if I give those who receive will scold me so eventually I had to throw in Dustbin.
It was too spicy I had to ask for curd and mix with whatever the portion I took and to satisfy my hunger then we went out and had some other food to fill the stomach.
I ordered 2 full water bottles a cooling one to get rid of this spicy 🥵..
My kind had an issue after the first spoon of sambar rice and asked me if the hotel is trying to kill us or feed us..
For the very first time we noticed dal had spicyness, beetroot was spicy, except the curd everything else had the spicyness with different levels based on the recipe.
If someone who wants to enjoy a good meal please don't visit this place I experienced stomach burn and throat because of this food.
Coming to the last 3 point's if you are someone concerned about your car safety and driving by yourself don't prefer this place as there is no parking available from more than 8 cars if it's hatchback and 6 cars if it's SUV.
The cost of Thai is 170 which is moderately priced and acceptable however the cost of sambar rice is 200, I was wondering if I am in 5 star hotel or a normal hotel as five star hotel charges 275-300 for a sambar rice with small onions and ghee, here I found sambar rice was of large quantity but if you weigh that and check water is about 300ml, dal Is about 50g and rice is about 50g and no ghee or quality.
I don't know if this is how the quality is forever or only the day I went.
We decided not to visit to recommend this restaurant to anyone who are from South who knows the taste of South Indians.
Only 6-8 vehicles can accomodate after that you will have to park in the public roads on the slope of birla Mandir which shows a board as 1000 rupees penalty for parking, so avoid this place at most possible and switch to someother restaurant, in case u feel hungry and dnt have an option please order only curd rice and pickle and. Papad and leave the place though it comes with a cost as curd rice is also not that cheap as sambar rice costed us Rs. 100 and I had only 4-5 spoons.
Too much crowded and I feel the food is overhyped for some reason and the lighting is not bright you may feel like dim lights.
To to restaurant owners: please note it is not just about the ambience, but the food and recipe that is serviced to the customer's, my good experience with your hotel is the poori ,CURD and Ice water bottle because rest all were spicy only your curd and ice water bottle made me cool and come out of this stomach burn and throat burn, please take appropriate action and if possible try that sambar rice and dal that u guys serve.
Sorry to say this is the first time I am giving 1 star in my 10+ years of Google review, pls correct it. It's my genuine review which I give like other...

Read moreHad a very bad experience with Sukha Sagara, I entered the restaurant in search of good food. The restaurant was open and I could see 5-6 customers were enjoying their food. I requested for dal makhani they replied that it's not available at that moment, it's fine since I was not in a proper time. Then I requested for North Indian thali, the said it's available and may take 10 minutes, I was fine with it. After a while, I got 2 variety of rice and 4 variest of curry which was nothing but the leftovers food from lunch. Then I got Gulab jamun which was bought my a near bus shop in front of me.
Later on, the waiter comes to me and says that since it's an unusual time it was tough to arrange food. My point here is that if you don't have food just refuse the customer rather than giving stale food.
And the funniest part comes here, I asked for the bill and when I asked if Paytm is accepted, the waiter replied that they only accept cash and not even card. The irony here is that nowadays we can find a Paytm or UPI QR code in Auto rickshaw too.
I still think that it was waiters trap to get cash out of me so that I will offer him some tip. The bill was 400 to which I gave a 500 note and In return, I got a 50 rs, two 20rs, and one 10rs note. I was dam sure this whole thing of not accepting card was to get a tip. I took all my cash and walk out of the restaurant, I saw the waiter came following me towards the gate but I ignored and left the place.
Management should look after this kind of fraud happening in...
