To The owner and management of warmoven Hello sir, I have ordered a cake for my friends family and I am very disappoint with you guys, one of the waste cakes i have seen ever.there is no proper garnish in the cake. not the proper packaging. Very bad handwriting on the cake. it's too cheap knife, cover and box.waste of money,waste of time and 36 minutes over due.even I am also a cake and pastry headchef.also i work in cafe it was one of the good good cafe in the top 10 restaurants and cafes I Hyderabad . I have spoken with your person no correct answer he is said ha ha for 2 times and no answer from him no wishes even I am calling him sir and in middle of the conversation he cut the call really very disappointing. And also my friend and his family taste the cake they are not but not happy. that are saying comparing to this cake 200rs cake is better

I request to you management team please take the action and also make your staff well train . How to talk with customers i hope you guys take it as a feedback ! Thank...

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern after discovering insects in the Dream Cake I purchased. As a long-time customer, I havee always trusted your brand for quality and freshness, but this experience has shettered that trust. Finding insects in a product that is meant to be a treat is not only unsanitary but completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I have video proof of the insects in the cake, which I am prepared to share if necessary. This kind of oversight raises serious questions about your quality control and hygiene standards.

I expect a full investigation into how this happened, More importantly, I urge WarmOven to take immediate action to ensure this never happens...

Negative 5 star is the correct rating for warm oven, I had terrible experience with warm oven, as they cancelled birthday cake order just 30minut before birthday party, and excuses that the printer machine not working. The business who run all over India, excuses for print machine, left me in the situation where birthday celebration started without birthday cake, I was searching cake after party start.

If they provided the information before confirmation it was ok for us but they confirmed order and the cancelled on last minute

My suggestion is if you don't know how to serve people, shut your business and stop...
