Pathetic restaurant with hopeless staff. We ordered veg thali, non-veg thali, baby corn manchurian, and a fish biryani, nothing was upto the mark. Every dish had to be asked for to be served, and for the veg thali, the chutney or the powder, traditional Andhra recipes weren't even served. When asked for chutney, the waitress very casually said, it is over mam!! Also, when it comes to hygiene, this is the worst places to go to. The cups weren't even washed well and the stickers weren't peeled. While stirring the rasam, the sticker from the bowl stuck to the spoon, when asked ; the floor manager, again casually took the issue. Horrible experience!! Fish was not even marinated, and the taste of the biryani was not good either. Hopeless food, terrible staff, and unhygienic service. However, their prices are Skyrocketing. I don't recommend anybody to...
Read moreBeen there for lunch and dinner. Lunch North Indian thali was just ok so thought to go for as why try another place. I'm
Dinner was absolute crap. Too spicy food and tasteless. Ordered Paneer tikka masala and just received 4 pieces, when asked they said that's what we give as if I am eating first time and donno how many I get. Ordered veg kofta curry and the kofta is not fresh must be previous days, so left half eaten. Went at 8.15pm and being first customer had to wait for 15 Mns for the restaurant to have coolness as Ac was started only when we went. This shows restaurant is not ready for customers. They could switch on one part of restaurant Ac rather suffering the customer. Overall a real bad experience and a definte no for who think of Going there, but I guess for some tourists, cabs take them there as they...
Read moreStay away from this place!! Absolutely nothing is good to write about. Not very hygienic, food quantity and taste is pathetic, and above all the staff attitude is appalling. Most people seem to come here when RRR is full. There are many other restaurants you can choose from on the same street. The cleaner used just a smelly old rag to clean the table, you could clearly see streaks of dirty black water on the cream colored tables. If you couldn't, then the smell will definitely get you. We ordered biryani, a 7 year old kid ate it all up and asked for more as he was still hungry! It came with raita, which was mostly water, with some diluted fermented buttermilk for color and "garnished" with cucumber. Too bored to write about the staff now, I hope you...
