Drunken Panda — Restaurant in Kerala

Visited the place to satisfy my sudden craving for hot chocolate in this rainy weather during afternoon. The cafe is Located at old cheranelloor road enroute to edappally underpass.

Nevertheless I was quite disappointed at this place. Service was pathetic. Mostly North indians are employed as waiters. Waited for a few minutes, but no one was approaching my table. So i went to the kitchen entrance and called them out. The waiters are basically clueless and ignorant at best. A word of advice to the owners regarding customer service of their employees. Also the utensil that served the hot chocolate was not at all aesthetically pleasing, I dare say.

However the hot chocolate was good. Price was reasonable. Ambience of the store is good and it is clean.

Limited parking is available.

Death by Chocolate? More like death by disappointment. I’ve eaten countless Death by Chocolates in my life, and this was by far the WORST. Who on earth uses old plum cake instead of brownies in a Death by Chocolate? The ice cream itself wasn’t soothing or fresh, and the whole thing tasted completely off. On top of that, the cashier’s attitude was terrible, acting as if I owed him something for even being there.
